I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the team at Wards in Birchington for the outstanding service they have provided throughout the less than straightforward sale of my property.

Rachael, Sales Progressor, with her continued dedication, clear communiction and professionalism made an often stressful process feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish. She was responsive, keeping me informed at every stage and was very patient with me too!

Ashley was also very helpful with dealing with situations that arose during the process and was always on hand to provide his expertise and advice to ensure the sale progressed efficiently.

Also a shout out to Ethan! What a lovely guy, an asset to the team and always happy to help with a friendly smile and advice when needed. Thank you!

Highly recommend the team at Wards in Herne Bay, we recently had a family bereavement and I was helping my parents , as executors, to sell the property as they’d been finding the whole process very overwhelming. Being based a fair distance from the property I wanted an estate agents we could rely on to handle everything and we couldn’t not have hoped for better!

From my first conversation I knew we’d be in good hands, Graham was fabulous with my elderly parents, reassuring, professional and patient helping them through the process.

The team had a viewing arranged within a week and pictures uploaded to the website super quickly - the photos they arranged really made the most of the property.

My parents are really happy that in less than 3 weeks Emily kindly called after just the second viewing to let us know we had a great offer and once accepted ran through initial details.

Huge thanks to Emily, Shane and Graham for all of their hard work and support they’ve been wonderful and so reassuring to know they my parents will be looked after during the next steps of the sale.

I honestly can’t recommend Wards of Walderslade enough after the experience we’ve just had. We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Going through wards in paddock wood I have found Eimantas to be very helpful and prompt in getting back to me with any information I need. Would recommend.

We employed a previous Agent who failed to produce a decent applicant. Within a month of employing yourselves you have arranged a number of viewings and we have today agreed a sale. We dealt with Geoff Livermore who was efficient and positive and presentable and dealt with all matters promptly. We would recommend Wards to any prospective vendors.

I recently completed on the sale of my property via Wards in Cliftonville. My main point of contact was Nicholas Florides. At the outset, he provided a thorough and well researched valuation, taking the time to explain current market conditions, comparable properties and the strategy behind the recommended asking price. Nicholas didn’t just aim for a quick sale, the marketing was first class and also demonstrated excellent judgement in qualifying potential buyers for me, ensuring that viewings were meaningful rather than just numerous.

Communication throughout was flawless and I received regular updates from not only him but the sales progressor Emma Penfold, who also provided an exceptional service and managed the sale, liaising with the solicitors, my buyer and management company.
