Excellent, professional and helpful service with my DBS application today from Sharna.

I went to U-Check Help Team with a question as an employer, regarding permission to request an Enhanced DBS for a new role we are creating. Whilst I studied all the literature, new roles can be borderline between Basic and Enhanced. Once I had studied all aspects internally, I reached out for advice and Alexandra was brilliant and qualified the role with a key aspect in the title within hours. This means I can go ahead smoothly without the too/fro scenario I have experienced in similar situations with other agencies. Thank you, Alexandra,!

Quick and straightforward resolution to my query. Literally, done and dusted in less than an hour.

Terrible service for enhanced DBS checks as you can see with other comments. They maybe alright for standard ones. It took a lot of back and forth for them to realise that working with vulnerable children would require enhanced checks. Then my application was rejected on the shininess of my passport photo which I could clearly see was fine. Then they couldn't do anything because they outsource their photographic checks to another company and so then only offered a partial refund and said I would have to start everything from scratch. Offloading that part of process (checking the photo) to some other company and then trying to use that as a justification for not providing a full refund is a bit of a scam. Best to avoid for enhanced DBS checks.

Correction: Wow they even dispute your reviews saying they're for another company. So lots of negative reviews will have been taken off Trustpilot. I have never seen that before! Avoid!!!!!

Ben was incredibly helpful in helping me cancel my DBS check when it was no longer required. What I thought would be a really stressful job was actually incredibly easy thanks to him.
