We specialise in checking and processing Basic Disclosure applications and provide support and advice specifically for the Basic Disclosure Online Application. We do not currently handle applications for Standard or Enhanced DBS checks although we may be able to advise on who you need to contact if you do require a Standard or Enhanced DBS check.

APPALLING - Advice was too confusing.

Staff i spoke with were totally baffling in what they were trying to explain.
I felt like i need 5 A Level in DBS?
We cancelled and as of yet over 4 weeks later we still have not had a refund of which we were promised.
We have looked at refunds etc and neither our company nor some personnel that paid privately seem to have been refunded based upon what we were told.
Therefore we need full clarification please. We were given. They paid Apostillonline over £240?
With regards to the other payments refunded back and the ARN numbers given. We cannot locate these payment has being refunded approx £289????

It’s a shame 0 stars is not possible
It’s a shame 0 stars is not possible. This company has taken almost a year to complete a single DBS for us. We moved provider and have the rest of our company all completed in weeks or a couple of months. The only DBS we have outstanding for our employees is this one- which was started first.
Poor communication via their portal. Did manage to speak with an advisor and answered their questions. 2 months later we have now been reset and back to asking the same questions I answeeed previously.

It's a bit of a pain having to verify your ID, therefore effectively paying twice. I did receive some very good support from Charmaine to help negotiate the process though so many thanks there.
