Placed an order after being told…
Placed an order after being told delivery would be 2-5 working days. Called on the 5th working day for an update to be told it would be another 8 days for estimated delivery date. I now have a stalled job and massive extra costs incurred. No solution or apology offered from sterling other than to wait

I contacted several roofing companies that sell the same product (well, three) and decided to do business with your company because Jaimie was a fantastic resource, informed on technical issues, product details and add to which he is a pleasure to speak to. The rest of the process was a breeze and everything went well.

Furthermore, I can see this review was left on 03.08 while your consignment should have been delivered on 01.08

Ordered flashings 3-6 day leadtime, just found out they weren't in stock and being ordered from velux. Need to be clearer, could have got them in 2 days from another supplier
