Great service especially from Helen Walsh .. a few item missing from my RoofLite window, but Helen sorted it issue out super fast and efficiently, a call made on the Wednesday afternoon and the missing parts arrived on the Thursday and she identified the missing parts and they where delivered on the Saturday.. then a follow up email to check everything was ok .. Her communication skills and customer care was second to none

Smooth Purchase, Frustrating Returns Process
The initial service was excellent, with fast delivery and no issues. However, the returns process does not match the “hassle-free” claim on the website. While some of the return conditions are reasonable, one in particular feels unfair:
“Items returned will incur an automatic 25% (minimum) re-stocking charge on the cost of the goods.”
It’s difficult to justify how returning a single boxed item could reasonably incur a charge as high as 25%, more so when the cost of the item was £260.

Anytime I need glazing on a pitch or flat roof, sterling build are my first call. Always best value, and excellent customer service. Although I can’t speak for the rest because I only deal with Jamie. He’s part of the sales team but also has outstanding knowledge on the products. He deserves a 10 in my book-good job Jamie 👌🏻
