Whilst I appreciate clay ridges can vary slightly the ones I ordered were not the same coluur match and several the angle was different as well. Now in place you can see the colour variation as they were not all from the same batch.

I was there at 6.30 am and the lads were great.
I was out of there within 20mins.
Obviously there were other people collecting as well but it was spot on.
Will definitely buy from them again.

Exceptional delivery time
Very impressed with JJ Roofing. I needed a Fakro roof window part urgently and some suppliers were estimating as much as 15-20 working days delivery. JJ Roofing estimated 3 - 5 days but in reality this was conservative as the order was received within 2 days! Also the cost including delivery was less than most other competitors. Would use again.

Their poor delivery cost me time, money and a whole load of stress.
Took four attemps and over 2 weeks to finally deliver my order. Buy which time my roofers had finished. It cost me a huge amount of time and money just to get my order, let alone then having to then fit it myself. The only compensation I received was the delivery cost reimbursed which was offered after the first delivery attempt failed. The next 2 failed delivery attempts resulted in no further offer of compensation despite resulting in the greater cost to myself. Will avoid ordering from them again.

While we understand the frustration caused by the delays, delivery services are carried out by external couriers, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times as unforeseen circumstances outside of our control can affect transit schedules.
For this reason, we always recommend that products are received and checked before arranging contractors or installation work. We appreciate that the delays impacted your project, however we are unable to accept responsibility for costs incurred as a result of installation dates being scheduled prior to delivery.
As a gesture of goodwill, we provided a full refund of your delivery charge following the initial failed delivery. While we regret that the subsequent delivery attempts did not meet expectations, this refund was offered in recognition of the inconvenience caused.
We value all customer feedback and are sorry that this experience has led you to feel unable to order from us again. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments.
