Quality Knives
The quality of the knives are excellent. Only issue was that it was not made clear there may be an additional cost by the courier and it came as a surprise when I was contacted. In these days of scams this should have been pointed out at the point of purchase. Cost was fine and goods arrived.

NOT A GB COMPANY!!!
Despite the website pretending to be British this is NOT a british company. It's a Dutch company called KookGigante. This means that you will pay customs, VAT charges and UPS handling fees on the package which are not listed on the website. (try and find a shipping location on the GB website!)
If you look at other review you will see lots of complaints about DHL or DPD. I suspect this was becasue the packages were stuck in Customs and were awaiting payment. This let the buyer reject the package and be refunded so they stopped this and now use UPS, who use CFSP which allows the bill to follow after when you've opened, used and so can no longer return them. I won't say it's a scam but its extremely dishonest. Return costs are paid by the buyer so you are going to have to deal with all of this in reverse if you try to return the item.
The items are - to be blunt - a bit meh. Not great, not terrible. They may work but they are not well made, well finished items. Far better is available for the same money from firms that ship from the UK and so avoid all the above hassle too.

Shockingly bad
Shockingly bad. One of the worst companies I’ve ever bought something from.
Consistently pushed back delivery and had no idea where the product was for weeks. Once it did eventually arrive, I was made to pay £17.50 import fees. Further more to this, to product was damaged and incredibly blunt.
I have no tried to send it back to them, but they cannot seem to provide me with the correct paperwork to do so. Stay away at all costs, shockingly bad.

The product still hasn't arrived and having made the purchase I was told I'd have to pay import duty on top of the purchase price. Having complained they have said they will refund the import duty but I'm unimpressed so far. Lets see when the product arrives.....
