Bought wusthof ikon knives
Within 1 month one knife had split - extremely dangerous … but told by Mega Cooking World (Koog Giant) that nothing will be done to replace knife
Side note - we have same set of wusthof knives over 5 years old that remain perfect- this item is not wusthof quality

Best cooking gear
Got an ad on instagram which I usually skip, but this brought my attention.
After 2 months of using my new pan and knives still super happy with my purchase. Gonna buy some before Christmas as gifts for my parents. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Arrived damaged but I still need to pay
Bought a knives holder for €71. Arrived damaged because the packaging was poor and I had to pay additional €17 for the return shipment. At this point I just hope I will get my money back.

Fake chinese damascus
Having bought a so called damascus japenese knife for £102.00 sadly diddnt do my research until after I had ordered it. You can find the exact same knifes on various sites such as aliexpress for £18.00 they are not damascus and cheap chinese knifes that have damascus print either laser etched or 3d printed onto the blade. Having carried out the process of removing the top layer/pattern with wet and dry and dipping in acid i can confirm this. I have relayed this to megacookingworld who are in Complete denial and refuse to acknowledge. Total scam wish I had done my research beforehand. Most likely dropshipped directly from China. You have been warned.

Thieving Scammers
Happy to take my money but 18 days later there is no sign of the knife I ordered despite them promoting delivery in 1-3 days. My emails are being ignored. Avoid these thieving scammers like the plague.
If I eventually do get the knife it'll no doubt be cheap chinese rubbish rather than the Japanese as adveritised. Lost all falth in these thieving scammers.
