Yohan was patient and walked me through each step ensuring I understood what I needed to do to access my portfolio online. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy so phonecalls involving instructions be challenging for me. Thank you Yohan for resolving my issue with ease and empathy.

Excellent service from EQ Customer Assistance team
having experienced issues with the online share selling process I contacted the Customer Assistance Team who were exceptional in helping me to sort the shares sales. In particular Priya who was excellent having a knowledgeable and customer oriented approach.

I generally find the Equiniti website…
I generally find the Equiniti website OK to use but can find it non intuitive at certain parts.
There are some shares entries that I added on my Dashboard in error and I want to remove them but cannot find out how to do so, even after look through the Help sections.
The phone service is very good once I get to speak to someone. The on-hold wait times I find are very long in general, maybe average 20minutes, usually longer.
Today was an exception, I was only on-hold for about 5minutes, which surprised me.
