The IVR and the wait was a little tiresome but once through to the Agent (Pitoka) the service was great. He gave me all of the data I required very quickly and was very informative.

She was so helpful in guiding me through all the forms I needed to fill in. That area is a nightmare to me. Then the printer died and I am going to have to ring back tomorrow as all the info got deleted

I found the customer service agent quite difficult to understand and had to ask them to repeat their questions several times. This made the conversation more challenging than it needed to be.

The staff was very professional, expert in knowledge and helpful in giving guidance. I would give him 100% recommendations and 10 out of 10 marks.

Their written communications are very poor. I eventually got one about unclaimed dividends which, again, had been misaddressed. I rang yesterday and it was very embarrassing because the person who answered the call had an exceptionally strong non-standard accent and was not that good at explaining things. Sounded like reading from a script. I didn't want to offend the person. Although I at least got my shareholder number I had to terminate the call. The email was a bit better -short and sensible, however, the process of registration for Shareview was terrifying, wordy and confusing in places. I started off via my PC but, halfway through the process I now found that I needed some way of photographing my passport. I began again via my mobile. The instructions to take a selfie were so abstruse that I got a neighbour to take a pic, got home and found that the process involved the front of my phone. Same error happened with the passport. Eventually the process was complete. I wonder why they never though of having share account details before. There are simpler ways of collating the information. Such a waste of time and angst.

The customer service advisor was excellent- guided me through the process - clear patient - understood my query and went the extra mile explaining about dividend payments - outstanding customer service - thank you

I called in via phone as i wanted to talk to a person.
Called was answered very quickly and Sushruthi was very helpful and explained all the of next steps of my enquiry.

On the third attempt to get some sense out this company I got through to Sushruthi who took me through the process in order to claim my husband’s shares. She was very clear, helpful and patient, letting me speak Bahk the process to check that I’d understood it. I’m looking forward now to being able to claim the shares very smoothly. She made some points that the previous people I spoke to haven’t bothered with. I could also understand her clearly which made a great difference.

Absolute maze of telephone options.

So hard to talk to anyone. minutes of stupid faff followed by:
"A 50 minute or longer wait before we are able to answer your call".

This entire organisation is a grift to get money out of people liquidating stocks after a death.

Had problems logging in to my account.I contacted Happy B. A very friendly helpful knowledgeable chap who solved the problem in a few minutes.

Anthony was helpful and gave me the information I was seeking.

I spoke to Sushruthi in the Bereavement Team following a letter I had received about my late wife's shareholdings. Sushruthi was extremely helpful, friendly but very professional. She helped me sort out the issue as far as her department could for which I am grateful

Gokul was very helpful indeed, once I got through to him. I had a complicated query to do with the transfer of shares from a deceased person, and Gokul dealt with it with patience and efficiency. However, it was very difficult to get through the telephone system to speak to a person.
