Using Chat
Quick access to an agent after a couple of survey type questions completed with a virtual assistant. Chat process, similar to WhatsApp, enabled all queries to be answered as if face to face.

I was treated with patience and kindness
I was made to feel at ease and that no question was a silly question. I was treated with patience and kindness, navigating through my late brother's estate is somewhat of a challenge.

An update on my initial negative review:
John from Equiniti Shareview has since contacted me and we had a better experience. He explained the problem over logging in I was experiencing with my double-barrelled surname. The site had changed since I last used. I re-registered and set up a username. When a username is established, the problem was resolved. Glad that was explained and sorted. Thanks to John for getting in touch.

Not impressed
I sold some shares which needed to have the share certificate and didn’t receive an email which they said was sent . Because of this I have a shorter time to search and find them (having work done in doors) which men’s they may be re bought at a higher cost.
