First class service
I was unable to open an account due to a system glitch but was given details of who to contact with an error message. When I spoke to Manish he quickly understood my issue and clearly and politely explained the keystrokes required on my computer to enable me to complete the process of setting up my account, very helpful and first class service!

Ramsiya was brilliant. She gave me advice earlier in the week and when I called today to discuss the next steps, I was lucky enough that she answered my call again. She remember me from last time and whether the system prompted that or not, the recognition added to the personal feel of the service. Ramsiya listened to my query each time, ensuring to answer with confidence and guide me through next steps. I managed to have my query resolved really quickly on the phone and hardly any wait at all.
