Trying to sell my shares.
I have been trying to sell my Ordinary shares through Equiniti.
I did the ID check with my mobile phone with the electronic chip in my current British passport and taken a selfie.
I was informed by Equiniti on 24 Jun 2026, 21:30, that I had passed my ID checks and could sell my shares.
I have tried several times since then and STILL get the following message:
"We are still reviewing your digital verification
Our team will contact you by email to confirm if the verification is complete or if further action is needed."
I have sent several emails since and have received no reply and, despite Equiniti's assurance on 8 Jun 2026, 07:28, there is no Helpline number I can ring.
You have my email address, so please go and view the email thread which has been going on since 30 May 2026 and you will note that there are inconsistencies and contradictions in the information with which Equiniti is providing me.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Disinterested & indifferent…. Rang for the 4th time today. My mother died in March and had £200 worth Lloyds Group shares from a building society takeover pre 2000. What an absolute nightmare! Advisors have the empathy of a brick for someone who doesn’t understand these processes. I fully understand you have rules and need an audit trail but very very difficult and time consuming to sort out.
PS re their response, I’m referring to the Bereavement Team !!!

I have received poor service from this company, I have called a few times to sort out my late father in laws shares I have filled in the forms sent death certificate Etc and paid £155 by bank using my reference number as requested and still they haven't dealt with it I spoke with a Asian man today whom I could not clearly understand because his accent was so strong it was very poor English, he said I must prove payment but I tried to explain I had and used the reference number and he insisted I must send prove of payment, I am very frustrated with this company, very poor service and no email address.

Lost share certificate not issued
I have been trying to sell my shares for last 2 years. It is not success still. I have spoken to multiple people. No one is helpful so far.

Spoke to them several times about the name on the shares was incorrect despite sending the appropriate forms. I was then sent a form to sell them when I clearly told them I did not want to sell. I have been cut off multiple times when tried to call them .
When I did get through it felt like I was talking to robots.
