A great experience
I had a conversation with Lysander White on 16 Jul 26. He was incredibly helpful and patient with me as one who has no experience of share trading. He explai Ed everything in detail at a pace I could understand being partially deaf. This interaction was an impressive part of the service he provided. Absolutely 1st Class customer service
Absolutely 1st Class customer service. I’m old and a bit slow, and coupled with problems trying to deal on line, I called and spoke to Deborah. I know I was frustrating the life out of her, but she kept reassuring me she was happy to help. Eventually unable to resolve my issue of dealing on line she took me through the process over the phone and my deal was completed. Thank you Deborah for patience and help.

I was impressed and delighted that Monish listened to my problem, quickly understood it and quickly resolved it. I was given all the data, which I needed, and even additional information on request. In an often A.I.-dominated world, it was refreshing to find that traditional human contact can be more effective in quickly resolving matters!
