Simply the Best
I have driven Mercedes Benz for the vast majority of my driving life. 18 months ago I decided a change was in order and bought a Volvo! I have now returned from the dark side 😂. The service and professionalism of Mercedes Taunton was second to none. It is great to be back. If you want a great car and expect great service go to Mercedes Taunton.

Great service and a great experience
Great service and a great experience. We were late for our MOT due to traffic problems but nothing was too much trouble and we were booked in again for the same morning.

We were treated very well. All staff was extremely helpful. Explained clearly and thoroughly everything. We got exactly what we wanted and a deal which suited us. Looking forward what the after service is like.

On arrival at the showroom we were met by the lovely Sommer & for her young years she was the friendliest & most knowledgeable in every aspect of the hand over, then SURPRISE we had the unveiling of our new car which was a lovely moment & done in a very friendly professional manner! A big thank you to all the lovely staff on the day & may I just add that Sommer is a credit & asset to Mercedes Taunton so thank you once again Sommer for a great experience on the day.

Far away from home.
Whilst visiting Plymouth on a weekend break my steering broke and we were stranded five hours from home. MB squeezed us in at very short notice and manged to get us back on the road the next day. The service from start to finish was professional and courteous and they understood how desperate we were being away from home. So grateful to you all. Thank you. Simon and Family.

Happy with the service
Dropped the car off as arranged and seen by a service representative fairly quickly. Received a call around 1.00 advising that the car was ready to collect
The only negative thing was that the garage no longer offers a shuttle service into Plymouth and you are left devices to find a bus to take you there and back

I recently purchased my new Mercedes-Benz GLB from Mercedes‑Benz Taunton.
Pash and Vicki were professional right from the off. We had a good discussion on deals and finance so that next week I was able to take the car away.
Paperwork was a trawl and seemed repetitive especially as I was a returning customer.
The showroom is excellent, welcoming, and very professional.

With a free collection and delivery service its a great start.
