CN Glass were outstanding, professional from start to finish. Communication and consideration of our needs was a priority. The respect and attention to detail was excellent, the installation team were amazing and cared for our property. I didn't hesitate to return to CN Glass for additional replacement windows and doors. The initial visit by Justin was clear and helpful. The paperwork was also very clear and easy for me to check and confirm. The staff were sympathetic and helpful when the fitting was delayed due to my health problems. when re-scheduled the fitting was very straight forward, Harry and Martin were very clear about what they needed to do, and were very polite, quick and efficient. Always said when they took a break and all items, a back door and 2 upper windows accessed from scaffolding, were fitted very carefully with clear instructions about what needed to dry overnight. Everything was left clean and tidy . my husband and I are very pleased with the outcome.

CN Glass fitted 3 new windows. Very good service from start to finish- from Rob, the sales consultant, the surveyor and Gareth and John the fitters who did a very professional job and were very personable.Also, Elaine, the installation manager,ensured everything ran smoothly. Would use again.

CN Glass provided secondary glazing for our grade II listed cottage. From the moment we contacted to the final installation the service was excellent. We were also very pleased with the quality of the product. Elaine was very patient as things took longer than expected with our plans and Garth & John who came to fit did a brilliant job. They took time to explain and were very quick.

This is the second time we have used CNGlass and as before they were extremly good. The organisation and communications were perfect. The workmanship was excellent and the two glaziers punctual, tidy and very nice people to have around.

We have never used CN Glass before but knew them as a local firm and I was pleased when the phone was answered promptly first thing on a Monday morning. A small window unit (not installed by CN Glass) was stuck shut and I really didn't think they would be interested in such a minor repair.

I was wrong, my request for a visit was handled efficiently and professionally without question and two days later engineer Rob turned up.

He was great and although he'd never come across our insect caused "honeycomb" blockage in the mechanism, he persisted and sorted things out within one hour. Brilliant!

I will use CN Glass again and happily recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you!

We had a cat flap installed in a large glass panel, the job was completed professionally to an excellent standard.

Excellent service. Good communication throughout and a top quality installation. I was worried about putting secondary glazing in but the finish blends and compliments surprisingly well. Very pleased.

Everyone I dealt with from my first query to installation could not have been more helpful. A demanding and lengthy process of replacing upvc with double-glazed wooden windows in a conservation area, requiring full planning permission, was made much easier thanks to great communication and flexibility. Nothing seemed to be a problem from the choice of paint colour to tweaks in the design to satisfy planning.
The fitting team were quick and efficient and dealt with the idiosyncrasies of a 300-year-old house with good humour, despite the installation happening during a heatwave. Attention to detail was superb and the finish is excellent. Post-fitting snagging was dealt with speedily and with no fuss. They were a pleasure to work with.
The windows were a considered project but I am absolutely delighted with the end result and have no hesitation recommending CN Glass for similar projects.

As they are local called into their showroom to make contact. Their salesman Rob visited our home and took details of what we wanted, no hard sell, just professional sales. Rang us up later with a quote which was less than we expected so upped insulation value to triple glazing.
Elaine rang and arranged detail survey by John and Garth a few days later. This was carried out again professionally by them and it was again them who carried out the installation. Their attitude ability and care was absolutely excellent. We are both pensioners, so the lack of mess, no clearing up and consideration were very important. The installation took 3 days and looks great. Our house is natural stone walls with semi dormers on the first floor. So not the easiest fitting.
The result is quietness (we live on a village main road) and noticeable heat retention (much warmer, against the 30 year old upvc repaced windows)
