Great customer service, very professional and good communication throughout the process of purchasing and collecting my new car. The sales team were keen to help without being too pushy and all of my questions were answered promptly and courteously.
Had my rear subframe replaced under warranty at this dealership. Was told the wheel alignment had been carried out as part of the repair — it had not. After leaving the dealership my car was vibrating badly and pulling to the left. I took it to an independent garage who confirmed the alignment had never been done. I had to pay out of my own pocket to have this rectified.
A rear subframe replacement requires a 4-wheel alignment as a standard post-repair procedure. Either this was skipped entirely or I was lied to when I was told it had been done. Neither is acceptable.
I don't have the luxury of taking days off work and being without a car to chase Mercedes through their lengthy complaints process, so I chose to just get it fixed myself and move on. But potential customers should know that work carried out here is not always completed to the standard you are told it is. Always verify with an independent garage after collecting your car from a service or repair.
Jenn was extremely helpful, had good product knowledge and understood my needs. She is a credit to the company going above and beyond to find an acceptable deal for me.
Showroom was very welcoming and all staff who I interacted with were attentive and pleasant

Long wait to get an appointment but satisfactory on the day.
Parking area rutted and muddy and difficult to find a parking space.
Service office in a temporary cabin. Access for customers and staff not to a good H&S standard. (Portable step, no handrails)
Staff efficient and polite. Work done on car satisfactory as far as I can tell.
Kathy Higham was so customer focussed superb service
Filip (Sales) was attentive but not overly pushy. He asked all the right questions and answered all of mine. He was diligent, professional, approachable and super patient with me. His manager (Garfield) and he did everything they could to ensure I got the car I wanted. Thank you.

They couldn't even collect my car as an alternative solution.
To make matters worse they don't return emails or calls when I have tried to rearrange the service. I wont be using them again as its the second time that poor customer service has let them down.

Really lovely atmosphere and nothing is to much trouble for the staff at Skoda Newcastle..
Luke was really good explained everything about the car and the test drive was really relaxed.
Very smooth sale and would highly recommend as I love my new car.
Looking to update my pcp contract and meet with Jordan from the sales team, he has been spent helpful with costings, information and all round help. New car i am pleased with and a plan to suit my finances

Great service from start to finish. Provided a wish list and Danny at Glasgow Audi sourced exactly what I wanted. All done very quickly and an easy transaction. Good correspondence throughout.

Got my second car from Skoda Newcastle. My transaction 4yrs ago and after sale services from Skoda were great. So it was a no brainer to get my new car from them still. Michael was again super helpful and honest which I appreciate. Looking forward to use my new car and defo see them again after 4yrs.

Sales man Jason very clued up had a laugh helped me with all the financial bit even did my road tax for me helped me set up insurance never felt under any pressure at all would definitely recommend this dealership
