Amazing service from Alex and Joe at Mercedes-Benz! They was so friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish, making the whole process of buying my new Mercedes so easy and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend them enough — thank you both !

Warm welcome both at reception and service representative, returned washed and clean.
Paperwork refer to an incorrect registration number ( number of BMW they took in part exchange when I bought the new Mercedes. My mobile number recorded was also incorrect.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Excellent customer communication. All works carried out on time and to the agreed price.
The whole team from the friendly and efficient receptionist to the service Manager all brilliant.

The experience was first class, Sam Ward, made the whole experience very enjoyable and Stress Free and made me feel like I was a highly rated customer. The reveal of my Mercedes when I went to collect it was extremely enjoyable also. The car was like Brand New when I collected it, there wasn’t a blemish on it.

I purchased my CLA 250+ from Shakira. The Dealership itself is first class. Shakira herself is a great ambassador for the company. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a new or used Mercedes. Service team is also highly skilled.

From the minute I made contact with Mercedes in Exeter the service was faultless - the salesman was not at all pushy and in fact personally drove the car to my home address as part of the service.

I’ve been a loyal Mercedes customer for over 10 years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
After a breakdown, my car was recovered to the Mercedes dealership on the 18th July.
I was contacted by the workshop on the 20th July, yes you guessed it the parts needed, had to be ordered in. I explained that there was a fault on the dash and could that look into that at the same time, bearing in mind that I had a service and m.o.t. booked in on the 27th July and the fault on the dash would fail the m.o.t.
When I eventually got the car back on the 28th July I note the paperwork gave me a fail on the m.o.t.despite having told them of the fault. At the time of booking my service I also requested the air con to be done and was quoted £129. Surprise surprise no mention of this on any paperwork. I rang customer services and was told the person dealing with this would not be in until tomorrow(29th) so I requested a call back, its now 3rd August and I'm still waiting.
Whilst the workshop team were very helpful the customer service is non existent

Mercedes did however return the car to me as and I quote”we have had your car for such a long time now, we will return it to you” which saved me a trip to the dealership.

My first experience with this dealership. Met with Gavin who was very efficient, calm and patient, most importantly gave me time to look and think about the the car I was looking to buy and didn’t put me under any pressure. He came for a test drive with me and explained about the car. The car I was buying was 4 years old, when I picked it up a week later it was immaculate inside and out. Would definitely look at buying another car from Gavin again.

Marcus was very helpful throughout the process. The car was ready, clean, and filled with fuel when we arrived. The whole purchase process was smooth, and the money from our part exchange was in our account the following day. The centre itself is fantastic, with a lovely welcome treat, and all the staff were very respectful and professional. Overall, a very positive experience with Mercedes-Benz South West Exeter.

Found a car on autortrader, phoned up and spoke to Gavin, the vehicle I wanted had been sold, while talking found another vehicle and did a deal straight away, I was a cash buyer had the gap insurance and Gavin was very helpful,
Had the car delivered to my house and was kept in touch all the way, the vehicle was delivered as described.

If I could give Luke more than 10/10, I genuinely would! He played a huge part in making my purchase from Mercedes South West such a fantastic experience.
Buying a car remotely could easily have felt quite impersonal, but Luke somehow made the whole journey feel like I was there in person from beginning to end. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, listened to my needs, and offered knowledgeable advice without making me feel rushed or pressured. There was no pushy selling, just a great balance of experience, patience, and genuine care while I took the time to make the right decision.
Luke kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and even created a personalised video, which was such a thoughtful touch and really showed the effort he puts into looking after his customers. Alongside his great banter and friendly personality, he made the whole experience feel enjoyable and personal rather than simply a transaction.
A big shout-out also goes to the delivery gent (I’m sorry, his name has completely escaped me-the excitement of the new car arriving may have been a little distracting!). He called to keep me posted on his ETA, and took the time to show me around the car, walking me through all the features (and sharing great tips whilst doing so!) and made sure I was completely comfortable before he left. A real credit to the team.
From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Huge thanks to Luke and the delivery team for making what could have been a complicated long-distance purchase feel so easy, personal, and enjoyable. If every car-buying experience was like this, I’d probably be changing cars far more often… although I may need to have a word with the bank first! 😊

I had an incredible experiance with this dealership. Gavin kept me up-to-date from start to finish and was easily reachable to answer any questions I had. When I went to collect the car I was genuinely blown away. The car was immaculate. I couldn't stop looking at it! Gavin really went the extra mile to make sure the car was in showroom condition and it shows! Gavin made the process pleasent and easy and not to mention the after sales support. Excellent. 10/10. Would definitely recommend this dealership.

An excellent experience at MB of Exeter purchasing our new car. Gavin was friendly and helpful and all went very smoothly. He was always available to answer questions (even daft ones) and explained everything thoroughly throughout the process.

Bought my first Mercedes from here last year and had first experience of service dept last week. Moved after 15 years with ‘another’ German car manufacturer and boy what a difference. Lovely friendly staff who actually care, make us feel welcome and valued and do things exactly when they said they would (and more). The car itself is fantastic and isn’t constantly beeping at me telling me it needs yet another visit to the dealership……no hesitation in giving top marks….

I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz Cla from Mercedes Benz Exeter ….the whole experience of the purchase was great , the Sale Executive Phil Cole was brilliant , very welcoming , polite , helpful and knowledgeable….however I had a problem arise with the car….but I have to emphasise the way Mercedes Benz Exeter dealt with the issue was second to non .

The Sales Manager Matt Rickard was fantastic so very helpful , polite and resolved my issue in an instant . The communication from both Matt and Phil from start to finish was nothing other than superb , what a professional pair of gentlemen they are.

Both Matt and Phil make sure the customer always comes first something …..that in a lot of other places is not the case .

I believe Mercedes Benz Exeter is the only dealership I would ever purchase a Mercedes Benz from ..purely due to the way both Matt and Phil treated me when a problem arose. Will I purchase another Mercedes from them …most definitely yes.

The actual dealership its self is very welcoming plus looks fantastic too and any interaction with any of the team was great.
