Bought a riser recliner recently and found the service first class. Nothing was too much of a problem For Andy and Lee, and a couple of weeks later my wife went into the store in Nuneaton with a query about something and not only did they remember her they also helped with the item required. Top marks from me.

I am writing on behalf of Ann Gower. We had Simon Boon deal with us from start to finish. He was very professional and very through with Anns purchase of a made to measure quickie wheelchair and power add on. He visited us at home in the west West Midlands with all demo items and ensured all was perfect and to her style (colour etc). Ann did purchase an extra battery as well for piece of mind. Simon trained Ann well and Ann is loving the new freedom her chair and add on is giving her. Dont worry she wont be in the daily mail being chased by police lol.
Simon even was great on afterservice answering any calls she needed and also providing safety info required for our future holiday abroad.

Absolutely superb service from Richard Chiasaro and the team at lifestyle and mobility! My needs are a bit complex, but they staff at Lifestyle and Mobility have really pulled out the stops to make sure I got what I needed. In all honesty, my needs are probably more complex that even I realised, but Richard was able to identify precisely what I needed, and how to set it up… a true expert and a really decent guy who is exceptionally easy to get on with and relate to! The whole team at lifestyle and motility have been really patient and helpful with me. As a result I have ended up with a setup that is bespoke to me and that suits my needs. I recently had a demo of the ATTO Sport, and the team at Lifestyle Mobility went above and beyond in helping me make my decision. I decided to go ahead with the purchase and received it today.

My first impression was excellent. It’s very easy to assemble, simple to fold, and it conveniently splits into two sections for lifting. When test‑riding along my local curving pathways—up gradients and down hills—it felt stable with the speed set to 5. When I increased it to 10, it became very fast. Personally, I wouldn’t use that speed except for climbing big hills, and certainly not around corners, but that’s just common sense.

The motor, being mounted on the front wheel and exposed, is quite noisy. You won’t need the hooter—people will hear you coming. The faster you go, the louder it becomes, so a slower speed is generally the sensible and quieter choice. If you don’t mind the noise, the ATTO Sport is a fantastic scooter.

It supports two different battery types, one of which is flight‑compatible. I was lucky enough to get both in my deal, saving £800. TUI also confirmed that the ATTO Sport is approved for flight.

Overall, I think the ATTO is a great machine—easy to use, thoughtfully designed, and very much the Rolls‑Royce of mobility scooters.

Very helpful and repaired the tyre very promptly. Very helpful staff in the shop.

I ordered a motability scooter from the Hatfield store (pride baja bandit). I placed the order with Lisa 2 weeks ago and she was very helpful and got it all ordered and set up straight away. I then rang in a few times as I was getting anxious and ash and Lisa were very helpful patient and caring.

My scooter was delivered on Wednesday by a lovely lady called Jamie who came out with my scooter showed me how it worked and answered any questions I needed then signed the paperwork.

The scooter is amazing and the shop charged the battery fully before delivery it’s a fantastic scooter with a great battery life just as the shop advised me it would be!

The experience was great from start to finish didn't feel rushed asked loads of questions. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly. I had a test drive. Was informed about payment and delivery no problems. Looking forward to collecting my scooter in about 3 days! Very happy. Thank you Ash and all the staff 100% positive. All the best Sue Waters.

Recently had to get new battery for scooter and all staff involved went the extra mile to get it for me.

The team in the Hatfield branch I've been brilliant.

Specifically, Jamie and Connor.

When Sunrise claimed the broken part on my wheelchair was my fault and not covered by the warranty the team from the store backed me, repaired the damage free of charge and delivered the chair back to me.
They said I was their customer and totally sorted of my problem.

What experience, worst company ever life style mobility are not what I will ever use as a company again Denise needs to go back to school to learn how to speak to customer very abrupt Liz very good I ordered a Xsto wheel chair at to pay full price of 3940 be for u could order was told 5 days to come 5 days came and went then told two weeks more then two week went my order was booked on 28/1/26 was told again 1/3/26 still did not come Tuesday 2/3/26 I canceled my order to be told 20% of my order was a cansulation fee which was £788 they took off me nothing mentioned when ordering so they are in breach of contract but taking proceeding gainst them please customers be wary if you have to buy from this company there are load of company out there that sell there products think twice I ordered from distrade xsto m4 pro on Thursday 12/3/26 and it was deliverd 17/3/26 what dose that tell you I at to give one star to print this if it had been my choice it would be -5

I have been with Lifestyle for a few years now and I find them very helpful and understanding. The staff are very friendly and I am very happy with their service.
