After looking online I purchased a Nova Electric wheelchair.
There's a comprehensive User Manual that comes with the chair and explains how to set it up and how to use/charge it.
It folds easily and fits in an MG car boot without any problems. I find it lighter to lift when in the folded position if I remove the battery first.
Ordering online was easy and delivery was quick and I even had a money off code which had been emailed to me.
This purchase was primarily for airline travel and
I also purchased the cover for added protection when flying, it's a bit fiddly to put on but I'm sure with practice I'll get quicker at putting it on. A kit with spare screws, nuts and tools also comes with the chair which is a great idea however I would have liked some mention of these and what parts they replace in the manual.

Very impressed . Comfortable and very well priced for the engineering given , only criticism is the joystick could use a sensitivity adjuster and a clear way of going forward and back straight also my first electric chair so still early days maybe just a bit more practise needed

The team at MobilityPlus were as welcoming and supportive as always during my recent visit. My rollator brake issues were remedied without question or cost.
The assistance and support offered by Tom was excellent resulting in my purchase of a new carbon fibre Nova electric wheelchair which as a lighter weight alternative to my existing more heavy duty one. The Nova seems ideal for travel, shopping, attending Mass and easier to get in and out of a car boot for people who assist me!!

Very good dealing on phone to order my mobility scooter and, when I had a slight problem on receipt of the item I sent an email and received a call which was polity and courteous and the minor problem resolved immediately. The problem I might add was probably caused by us not understanding the instructions.

customer service was brilliant she found out that osteporosis was nil rated for vat.brilliant.
rollator was a little larger than i expected hence skinned nuckles going through doorways. quality build and finish.

Am very pleased with the service and the quality of the item. However, the distance between each side when sitting on the seat is very narrow and not very comfortable. The weight limit you quote is 18 stone but I think that someone of that weight would find it difficult to sit in comfort.
