Cain the engineer was punctual, polite and efficient. He’s visited us before and is very friendly and does a good, tidy job.

My original appointment was for a few…
My original appointment was for a few weeks ago, however your engineer turned up the day before the appointment, while I was in work. I had to re book.I made a new appointment, Again your engineer turned up a day early, making me miss another appointment.

Great!
Barry was great. I explained that the boiler was faulty & he found the problem quickly. Part needed ordering & I have to wait for it to be fitted but the check was otherwise fine. Barry was polite & did a good job

After let down 3 times waiting as they did not inform waiting till two late abouslty no sence . finally on stop after informed regulations still not happy arrived was OK did check but no certificate yet I prefer gas board did not check radiators only pressure boiler not sufficient did not inspect radios
