Kieran came over to fix the hot water in our new build flat. He was professional and quick, and the winter should be much more enjoyable now!

Kieran was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and he got the issue resolved efficiently and took the time to explain what he had done and what I would need to do next to be able to top up my credit. Excellent service!

Glen identified and solved longstanding issues I had with heating and hot water , told me which parts were needed, and submitted a report to ensure things were in order for my next visit. These repairs will allow my heating to finally work properly and will lower my hot water bill. I’m very grateful he took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explain to me what was happening - I had been trying to get answers for half a year. Thanks for everything

Darren was very polite, professional and helpful. He listened attentively to my concerns and explained everything that i needed to know.
In all, he is a very good asset to Insite Energy.

I have recently moved into a new flat and after paying a £45 moving in charge for nothing i was then told there was a standing charge or £1.46 per day! Which is a complete rip off and absolutely discusting to charge people so much just to have access heating and hot water. A lot of the time the meter doesn't connect with the app so you cant tell how much credit you have or there or the hot water will get cut off. Its a pointless company that are just taking peoples money for no reason.
