Never showed up for appointment
I was given a morning appointment 8-1pm. Took a morning off work, (the second one as no one told me the job would take two visits). I waited until 2:30pm and no one came, no phone call to say running late. A total no show. No follow up other than to ask me to take a survey and then to leave a review. If you want to come back and finish the job I’ll expect to be given an exact time.

Jason the engineer is so knowledgeable…
Jason the engineer is so knowledgeable and is friendly and always does a thorough job servicing our boiler,and when we needed a repair done two engineers came but didn’t do it but Jason attended and took his time and then the problem was rectified

Letter saying about gas safety check takes 8 weeks to arrive. No other post is delayed
Then the 0121 number given on the letter no one bothers to answer calls for 45 minutes
If you have high numbers of phone calls then employ more people because that length of time is disgusting

Arrived quickly to deal with the leak. Fixed & changed necessary parts expertly. Left area clean, tidy & took rubbish away with him. Friendly & approachable, explaining what the problems were & which areas he had fixed.

I received a text message at 16:15 on…
I received a text message at 16:15 on Sunday telling me that a gas check would be carried out at my premises the FOLLOWING day. There was a link available to cancel and re-arrange the appointment. As it wasnt convenient, on such short notice, I went to re-appoint, but the site was down for maintenance.
I phoned liberty early the following morning to re-appoint, making the rearrangement for four days later. I was informed the employee would be notified and cancelled.. a maintenance man from Liberty then turned up to do the work 3.5 hours later.
On the positive note, he was apologetic and, being allowed to do the maintenance seeing he was there, he did the work cleanly and efficiently and was pleasant natured.

phoned emergency line on Friday night around 10pm ,the operator was ok was helpful, helped me alot ,then said will ring me in morning at 8am so ok didn't say anything, the guy Alex rang me said I had to report it to my housing so I said I would and did ,they said an engineer would come out ,so stayed in all day then 4.30 pm got a call from engineer, said has to order it so why if he knew that why not tell me earlier then leave it till 4.30 pm to say this ,

I had an emergency call out by Martin…
I had an emergency call out by Martin today and he was very professional, called me once he had the job sent to him to give me an ETA and called when on the way. He was friendly and informative during the job, letting me know when there would be loud noises as I have a young child. He went above and beyond saw I was due a service within a week and preformed the service on the call out.
