Not recommended.
I live, in what is classed as social housing.
Since my housing association changed to using Liberty, because they were cheaper than the other company they used ( who were always faultless), i have had nothing but issues.
Anywhere from being told, my boiler had been fixed to only have it.Blow up a few days later - literally blow up - to having my central heating rads come on, regardless of the fact the thermomester is set at zero, every time I put my hot water on.
This is unacceptable.
What is also unacceptable?Because I took a morning off work, unpaid, is a message to say the engineer will be late half an hour after he has left.
I'm not quite sure why this company has such a high score on trust pilot, as I know, I am not the only one who has had nothing but issues with them, but here we are.

The guy Ben was brilliant
The guy Ben was brilliant. He worked cleanly and efficiently and left my space tidy and clean when he finished. He showed me how things worked. He was polite and actually listened when asked something. Fantastic service and I had no clean up to do. Great person great worker.
