Ordered twice from Knotty, I love their modal boxer. This isnt the best quality I've seen but when in sale under 20$ it's a good deal. Super comfortable, free and quick shipping in Canada. I would not buy full price tho.

I would strongly advise against ordering from this company. They have a "money back fit guarantee", I ordered 10 pairs of boxers that were on sale for a total of $120 following their size chart. The boxers were WAY TOO BIG. I could not wear them under my clothes as I had intended, and contacted them. They said the could not take back the other 9 boxers that were still on their original packaging but they could issue me a refund. Well, they did NOT in fact issue a refund. They only have me a credit for HALF of my subtotal. When I questioned about them not giving a full credit and telling them it was false advertisement, they simply chose to ignore my email. I will NEVER order from them again and will advise everyone I know not to.

Ordered BOGO boxers. Followered their SIZING. Based on their Sizing. 4XL
received them. Tried them on. HUGE!!
I immediately sent a email to exchange them to a smaller size.
They responded: we do not do Exchanges or Returns. This is not stimulated on their Sites.
I have ordered from TOMBOY-X, WOXERS, and Stores, and was able to exchange or return. TomboyX and WOXERS just keep them or donate, and sent me the correct size.
Poor quality and customer service and satisfaction! They gave me a discount number to use without stating the dollar amount
Appears to be only AI generated. They have NOT responded to my follow-up emails

I have just ordered today stupidly without looking indepth at reviews. I tried to find a way to cancel my order but I haven't been able to as there has been no receipt or email confirmation however they have taken my money. I can't even contact my bank to stop the transaction as I need a code from Knotty to be able to do so apparently. We'll see if I receive any products and the quality but I do not have confidence due to a lack of paper trail

Took 3 weeks to arrive, the quality of all of them are so poor. Stupidly I spent nearly £100 on this crap. Their customer service is non existent and they do not accept even unworn and unopened returns - despite sending an incorrect size. Don't waste your money.

Sizing all wrong!
I brought a lot of these, used the size guide on the website but come so so small!
I contacted customer service, no refunds given but stated I could have a credit for my order so I could order a bigger size, only gave me 1/3 of what I paid and they still didn’t fit. Avoid or go up 4 sizes than you are!!

After wearing these bras for a full day (promising to be sweat-free, mind) I can officially say these are not that. I'm an E cup, and despite promising to be for the bigger girls, these provide zero support at all. They don't stop underboob sweat in any way, shape or form- it's exactly the same, just harder to feel since the band is wedged so firmly underneath them all I can feel is how itchy the elastic band is. The only points I can give is because the patterns are nice.

Arrived very late, tried messaging and email and got no response. Feel very soft and comfortable to wear.

The sets i purchased were beautiful and really comfy, i used their sizing chart and i could have sized up really but the fit was not bad overall.
They wash really well and i'm really impressed, the only thing was that the shipping was pretty slow, but totally worth the wait!

Heard terrible things about the subscription but I love their non-subscription modal boxers, they're really comfy and mine have lasted a long time so I've re-ordered a few times now and had no issues on any occasion. Wish they'd restock old patterns though.

Dreadful. I can understand not refunding knickers but testing bras as the same? You are perfectly armed to return bras - it is not an issue for order companies. The sizing is really off so it's likely you will get the wrong size.

The customer service is dreadful that Gary back to initially very quickly to ask what is wrong but basically that's it. No other response.

Avoid like the plague.

Severely overpriced and quality is poor, won't last over a few wears and washes

I made a big mistake not checking trustpilot before ordering. This company states a 14 day money back guarantee under each product while not disclosing that the exact opposite is the truth. I tried to return the 3 pairs I ordered, unworn of course when I saw the very poor quality.They are paper thin. However, they immediately responded by email knotty underwear are nonrefundable. I feel like an idiot and am going to contact my bank who hopefully can help correct this.

I wasn't impressed by the communication/customer service end of things, they never sent a confirmation email as they promised, and also ignored my email. The items did show up in approximately a week however. All items look decent and were sized correctly but were extremely flimsy materials, to be expected at the price I suppose

Awful company, tried to cancel within 15 minutes of ordering but they didn't allow this as it was already 'immediately packed' and with the courier. I hadn't even received a confirmation of my order or delivery details via email. This was at the end of July.

I had the order arrive on Monday, today one of the pairs of boxers I ordered has a hole in it. They're poor quality, likely the same you would get at primark. Do not waste your money.

Ordered as a gift with a week an a half lead time. After a week an a half with the tracking number showing no update since the order was placed and when it was too late to receive I sent an email to ask for a refund. Then to my surprise I get a new tracking number and customer services ignoring my request. The next morning the package arrives with a 48 hour delivery label from Royal Mail that was created AFTER my refund request from a local hub.

So despite being well outside their agreed maximum 8-day delivery time (from their website). Though customer services tried to tell me it was 11 days. They sent my parcel once it was no longer required and are refusing to take it back despite the fact I never opened it.

Their customer service centre is a joke. It's probably just an AI script bot as the responses never actually address what you have written to them.

Don't waste your time or money on this scam.

Sizing no good. Knickers arrived, but fitting about 2 sizes too small.

I ordered $50 worth of undies from them, and they ALL roll down. I wore a pair grocery shopping, and I was so embarrassed having to hike up my undies every minute (not exaggerating) if I didn’t pick them up they would have fallen off of my legs and around my ankles in the middle of the store!!!!! They claim they’re plus size friendly, but they just make this sizes bigger with out considering how certain cuts fit different bodies. I’ve wasted my money on undies that I can never wear because they literally need a belt to stay up.

Be careful when ordering as the sizes are way off. I ordered a large for the lower side of my weight range and they barely go over my ankles!! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering!

Sizing is way off on the knickers. small is shown as being 10-12 (Uk dress size) these are more like a 6-8 - absolutely tiny. I wish I'd have read the reviews before purchasing as obviously cannot return. Looks like they take advantage of the fact that underwear can not be returned. Hook people in with promises of non-sweat knickers, but not sure how that works, then the sizing is completely off and now cannot return and they have my money. I'll stick with good old M &S knickers in future!!
