I ordered some pants on 11th October, based on their 4-8 day delivery promise.
The pants didn't dispatch until 15th, and at this point I was provided with a tracking number.
I have been checking daily, they haven't moved since 17th October.
I contacted customer services, because i was concerned that the parcel may have been lost, and got an AI generated response stating that delivery is 11 days, not the advertised 4 - 8 days.
I will be making a charge back with the bank if the pants haven't arrived by 28th.
Absolutely abysmal

Received my order after a fairly long delivery time and the quality is poor. I'm really disappointed after reading good reviews on FB.
The sizing is really small and the material is very poor quality. I asked for a refund and had an almost instant reply to say that they do not do refunds. I now have a credit which I won't use as the quality is terrible and I won't wear any of their knickers.
Definitely will not be recommending to anyone.

I finally caved and ordered from this company. I was excited to get my order but as time ticked on nothing showed. I contacted the delivery company (apparently a poorly rated one that is notorious for not delivering items) I contacted their customer service. They have been giving me the run around and I have been back and forth between them and UniUni the courier and neither will help me. They refuse to refund me and have been little help. I have asked for a refund and they keep ignoring me. BUYER BEWARE of this scam of a company.

Just OK. Lots of advertising about how they improve sweat etc. I bought them quite cheap on sale. The quality is cheap, and honestly don't feel that great. Not at all what is advertised. You are better off going to m&s .

I actually still haven't gotten my item yet so can't review on that (despite it being posted a few weeks ago). My main gripe is the poor customer service and the fact they advertise as being in the UK when they blatantly aren't. If I'd known that I would never had ordered anything from them.
The customer service is super unhelpful and don't seem to care if you're having issues. I wouldn't go back near them if you paid me

Do not use this website. I used them after seeing an add on Facebook and they had rave reviews in their comments- clearly they delete the bad ones.

Ordered on 02/10/24, was advised there was a 4-8 day timeline for delivery. It’s now 17/10/24 and there is no sign of delivery. I have repeatedly emailed customer support, for them to tell me they will begin an investigation.

Today I emailed them telling them that I wished for a full refund, I was met with the reply that an investigation will take place after 28/10/24 and a refund could not be processed until after an investigation. I reported a dispute with my bank and recieved the funds.

Do not use this website.

Customer service is atrocious. My order was over 2 weeks late. It was then marked as delivered when I did not receive it. Upon contacting support they were utterly useless. 2 items I purchased were sold out and they refused to refund me back to original payment and only offered store credit or a reshipment of the one item that was still in stock even after me stating I was not interested in re ordering with the company. Will not be using again and will now have to go through my bank for a refund.!

The 2xl size did not meet expectations. It would have fit a size 12-14 and not an 18-20 as advertised. Been given the option on store credit which is pointless as nothing will fit me. Poor size inclusively overall. Even though products are modeled on plus size models. It took 2 weeks to get here too.

I placed an order that got lost in the mail, and Knotty’s customer service sorted it out expeditiously and with a friendly attitude! I received my package with no extra charge, and even got to choose a replacement item for one that I had originally ordered, but that had sold out at the time of placing the re-delivery.

Waited ages for my order, which was fair enough as it was coming from overseas but it’s turned up today and I am BEYOND disappointed.

Cheaply made crap, really badly fitting and size is nothing like described. I check their returns policy to see they “don’t do returns” apparently, so this crap is going straight on Vinted for a couple of quid. Maybe someone will get some use from it.

When you look on their Facebook page they seem to have no comments on their posts at all…. I wonder why?!!! They remove all the negative ones!!

Absolutely dreadful. Don't be fooled. After I ordered I saw lots of reviews saying how bad knotty is, a lot of the comments said they were sent a bizarre combination of wrong sizes. I ordered a 3 peice set in a 3 XL. The kickers were 3XL, the bra a medium and so was the garter belt thing with it, so it was unwearable for me. The quality was awful. Spent the morning reading dreadful things about this company. I will await yo see if I get my order sorted but judging by others experiences I probably won't.

Ordered extra sizes to try on, not knowing they came from Canada, and not the UK. Delivery took 3 weeks, despite the email saying 2 to 4 days from the date of the dispatch. Couldn’t then send back the extra items that I wanted to try on, due to their delay with posting.

Ended up claiming back through my bank. They finally arrived and the quality is beyond awful. You shouldn’t be able to see straight through a pair of all black knickers that supposedly retail at £12 a pair.

Ladies, avoid like the plague and save yourself the time and hassle!

I ordered quite a few panties from their site and I took advantage of a sale they were having. Due to my large purchase, Knotty flagged my purchase as fraudulent. I had to send them a picture of my ID with important information crossed out so they wouldn’t steal my personal information, which was beyond ridiculous. It also took them a month to send my purchase, which I received low quality panties that tore with just a single wash. I am beyond upset about their customer service and will not be purchasing from here again.

Terrible company. After days of emails with constant replies from the "customer service" now the delivery date has passed, and no update on tracking it seems theyre ignoring me. I have tried to chase via their Instagram and have been told they can't help either, but happy to ignore further contact asking for support.

I have managed to get the money back via my bank and I do not anticipate any contact from this company again.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. As nearly all other reviews, happy to take money but not to communicate to resolve customer issues.

So I made a random purchase of two body suits and a bra/pants set. I loved the designs and thought they'd be brilliant. I was a bit dubious of the sizing as I'd be between two sizes (they go 14-16, 18-20) however I sized up to the larger size thinking I'd rather these fit and be a bit big rather than two small.

I might as well have not have bothered. The sizing is massively out. I am only 5'3" and have a pretty short torso yet the bra bones on the body suits wouldn't sit under my breasts (sitting mid rib), subsequently offering zero support. I thought I'd be OK with the seperate bra and top but again I was disappointed. The pants did not fit how I'd have liked and the bra was not remotely big enough in the cup and far too big on the back.

I've looked at Knotty don't offer any kind of refund or exchanges. It was an absolute waste of money and a waste of time as it took weeks to arrive! Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered some items and they never arrived! No customer service either! Have reported to PayPal and trading standards! Avoid this company!

Honestly such crap quality and so disappointing. Please do not bother. Over priced for such bad quality products.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I asked if my order could be cancelled the sane day I placed the order and they said no, can’t even return the items even if I don’t open the package.

Ordered a set, and the bottoms were missing, I chased customer service, only to be told that it was impossible (obviously not) and then they just ignored my continued messages. That's theft in my eyes.

Quality is awful, not proper sizes on the bras so don't fit well!

I'd give zero stars if I could. I've never personally ordered from here but I have a friend who did. I was with her when she received her order. Everything was cheap, itchy and smelled AWFUL. She wasn't too upset since it was so cheap but figured she'd cancel the subscription. She fought for months to cancel and they never did. I was with her at least 3 times she tried to contact them, she was always told it was cancelled but it never was. We aren't friends anymore so I don't know if she ever managed to get it cancelled but this is some of the sketchiest stuff I've ever seen. They delete all bad reviews on their Instagram and Facebook.
