I was quite sceptical when I ordered. After wearing them a few times I can say I'm very happy with the bras - they offer really good support, are the most comfortable bras I've owned. I've done a second order (can't wait to try them out). Will purchase again, highly recommend!

Do not touch this company with a barge pole!! Customer care is zero once they have your money you will not get a refund. They have the bra back sent by recorded delivery cost £5.00 and they have my payment of £23.99

First of all, it has not been two weeks since I received the bra. I have not received it at all. I've received one update. Letting me know the bra was somewhere in China and have not received anything. Since I will not be dealing with this company again. No matter how well the bra fits or don't fit!

Arrived really late, size is not correct and bicini is not well tailored.

REVIEW FOR PRODUCT I SUPPOSEDLY RECEIVED 2 WEEKS AGO?! Nope. Haven’t gotten it. If this is a real company, it’s shit. If I ever do receive this “magical” bra then I’ll update this review. For now, garbage. 10/10 do NOT recommend. I want a refund

The product i ordered is perfect very comfortable only problem it took 3 weeks to arrive.

1st of all it HAS NOT been about 2 weeks since the bra arrived. 2nd I asked for this order to be canceled several times and have YET to receive ANY correspondence from you AT ALL. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY AND DO NOT WANT THIS MERCHANDISE as I stated in the first 2 emails regarding this order.

I have still not received my bras after paying £45, I have sent numerous emails regarding this and no response. Would give zero stars of I could.

Delivery took 2 weeks . I’m very impressed with the bras and will order some more. Very comfy and a good fit and shape. I ordered briefs to go with them only a week ago and they arrived together!

Have not received the 2 bras I ordered in 9/30. Have reached out a couple of times and no response!! Not good customer service and legal action may be the next step to take. Answer my emails to you and ship my product that I paid for

Never received Bras. Customer Service non existent. NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. NO BRAS. £40 down the drain!!!!!

My items never arrived. I received an email asking how they are fitting and said they should have arrived 2 weeks ago. Still never arrived and havent been offered a refund.

2 weeks and still no delivery… yet ive recieved an email requesting a review for my delivery that arrived “2 weeks ago” bit of a joke

Order took around three weeks to arrive. This is a very comfortable bra to wear which does give reasonable lift and support. (It is significantly better than bras from other companies with similar adverts. ) I have been wearing post thoracic surgery and the comfy fit has really helped me at this time. Bra washes well, after second wash it does feel a little looser so the adjustable straps are important part of the design. I have gone ahead and ordered another style.

It hasn’t arrived & Im being asked to review the product

I purchased three bras and ALL of them came with weird sizing and quality if I must add. One of them had such bad quality that the moment i tried to put on the stitching cracked loud.

I tried to contact them for two weeks now. I'm on e-mail number 5, contacted via instagram, facebook and NO RESPONSE at all.

if you are reading this, save yourself some trouble.

The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. Glacial returns. I ordered 2 bras, they seemed ok quality but they were the wrong size. There was no returns information on the website so I emailed customer service. It took them 5 days to reply, but with no information about where to send the return to. It then took them 2 weeks to reply with an address, but no confirmation that a refund would be processed if I sent the items back to them. It then took 22 days after me sending back the items for them to reply to me, with me emailing 4 times, saying that “As a one-time courtesy, we’ve gone ahead and approved a full refund for your order.” The full refund is now being processed, but it has been almost 3 months since I first requested the return and refund. Absolutely awful and I will never order from here again.
