This may be a long review, and if you are interested in something more detailed and another opinion about this company, please read. In 2022 or 23, I was looking for cute and affordable underwear. I believe I did a subscription a couple of times, but decided I wanted to buy without a subscription, a few pairs at a time to see how I liked them, and did, but then I decided I didn't like them and wanted to try finding underwear somewhere else. Fast forward to this year, when I decided to try this company again. purchased once or twice from them over a month ago, and my last order is where I have issues with this company when it comes to processing orders and getting the correct items to the customer. Like so many on her other than the quality, whoever works for them doesn't pay attention when filling, and they may not be double-checking, just putting in what they want if they are in a hurry. Regarding my last order, I received the two mystery packs, but one was all green-colored thongs I didn't want, and all black of the same type, no variety, plus they didn't send me the single underwear pairs I ordered and just refunded me money for the items instead of sending what I asked for in the first place. They have to do better if they are going to stay in business by filling orders and offering different undies if a customer already has certain styles. Maybe some customers don't mind, but it should be an option. Training for those assisting them should be overhauled, and maybe it needs new management. I would like to see them add a USA customer service line so people can talk to someone instead of relying on email, since sometimes our packages don't get to us until 2-3 weeks later, or it is longer. I understand many orders are going out at one time, but the attention to detail is important. Paying money for something women want to enjoy should be worth what we spend. Once what I have ordered wears out, it may be a long if ever I order from this company again. They could also include more sizes and have a larger catalog of styles in underwear and bras. The only positive feedback I can give, other than in one aspect, you get your money's worth, is that they are great for everyday or a date night. Here is something to keep in mind when ordering items like these: nothing lasts, and those that do cost 3-4x times more just for something cute and sexy. We need these kinds of places, but I do agree that some of the items could be of better quality in lace. If the company were ever to read this review, they would see this and consider some of the reviews about their company and what they can do to improve their service and product. Hope this helps others.

I have ordered 2 times and I have been happy. My wife loves seeing me wearing my very own panties. They feel so much better than men's underwear. This guy loves these panties and wish they had more lingerie.

Garbage quality AND I ordered a mystery 10 pack and they sent all the same ones 😒😒 waste of money

How is this company still in business? Zero stars should be an option. They need to be shut down. There is ZERO reason they should take as long as they do to do anything.

Ordered June 2 with standard shipping, arrived June 23. The quality is horrendous. I gently hand washed them and some pairs were falling apart just from swirling them around in warm water. Not to mention when I tried them on, they were massive on me. The size guide said they should be tight/a size to small, but they fit like they were going to fall off. I emailed for a refund so we'll see if they respond (probably not since their refund policy is from when you ordered, not when it gets delivered. I'll file a charge back if they don't respond within 2 business days as stated on their contact form).

Absolutely shocking customer service. The original order was placed in February. Only part of the order turned up. It has since apparently been sent twice and lost twice since. The customer service team don't respond, and quite frankly lack any type of customer service skills. What did turn up was of ok quality. The sizes were inconsistent and the quality is nowhere near as good as what is advertised. What a waste of money the order was, well the part that actually turned up. If I could give 0 stars I would!

This review is only one star because zero stars was not an option. I ordered, they sent me the wrong items, they said they resend my order and never did. I have requested a refund 4 times now and nothing. Don’t waste your money this company and their customer service are terrible.

I ordered from them and they ghosted me for 2 months. Finally an agent reached out to me after about 20 attempts by me to talk to someone. They said they conveniently had lost my order and would resend. Then they said they would send me that but what I ordered was out of stock and to order something else of the same price. I did this and then they sent me all the wrong items and wrong sizes. A complete scam. They refused to refund my money or compensate me in any way. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. Scam Company

Waited weeks for my order. Finally messaged them asking where it is and suddenly its marked as shipped. 2 weeks later it arrives...with incorrect knickers. One of the worst companies I have ever used, and will never buy from here again.

Underwear did not fit properly and they did not honor their "14 Day Fit Guarantee Made to fit every-body, or your money back." False advertising. Will be writing a review on every platform until they accept their underwear back and I receive a full refund.

Edit: I disputed the charge and got a full refund from my bank. Knotty Knickers were at fault.

Worst customer service and like others have said the quality is awful looks and feels like something you would buy of temu or aliexpress I actually think their quality would be better.

And it took 28 days to receive order
So it was outside the 14 day from date of order window for returns

Don't order from this company, I ordered on 30th March, I needed the order for a modelling shoot on 17th April. I'm still waiting now, apparently they don't give a refund they have to re ship, absolutely dog sh*t customer service, 27 emails i sent before my question was even answered. Should be closed down, avoid knotty like the plague.

The shipping was ridiculous my package took almost a month to get delivered, quality of the underwear is giving SHEIN and the designs are not cute . The bras are not true to size at all. Very disappointed

Never order with them!!!! I've been waiting a complete month before my order shipped and the carrier lost my package. After a lot of messages with the customer service they still don't want to refound!!! They keep asking me to check with my family, but why??? The package was deliver to another place (proof with picture) but I'm not responsible for that! WTF!!!

Got my delivery may 13 after waiting 3 weeks when express shipping was paid for only to get 2 blue lace rather than the 3 pink leopard print seamless I ordered. They've gotten way too horrible over the years
