I made an order and used their size charts, items were too small, so I emailed and they gave me credit to reorder the items in a larger size, cannot complain at this, very grateful. But definitely size up.

Facebook advert was very misleading, was for their underwear that supposedly stops you sweating and when I clicked it took me to their page with no clear indication that what I was looking at, and ultimately purchased, were NOT these knickers but bog standard briefs! There was a bit at the top to filter by type of underwear- ie briefs, thongs etc. but nothing to make it clear that they weren’t all the advertised material. Realised very soon after ordering when reading some comments and emailed them, took a whole day to reply by which time my order had supposedly already processed/shipped, though I haven’t had an email to say that, so they can’t do anything. And they don’t accept returns so when they arrive I’ll be stuck with some expensive knickers that wont even solve my problem!! Avoid these con merchants!
Edit to add: email to say my order had been processed/shipped arrived about 3 hours later. A few emails have gone back and forth and all they keep saying is ‘we thank you for your understanding but we can’t do anything’ awful customer service!

Absolutely no customer service ..first order was late and the second order went missing to another part of the country .. did not really care so making a charge back via credit card (thank god I put it on my credit card) and never touching these people ever again .. wish I saw the reviews first :(

Love this company. Have been on auto order for over a year now and find all the styles sent to be super cute and most of the sizing is correct. Only a few were a little large on me but my weight fluctuates, and I will probably have use for them. Thay have always delivered on time and are very nice for the most part. Very convenient to have them auto shipped. Always have super cute and fun new undies available to wear.

I'm surprised at the amount of negative reviews here, I've ordered 1 boyshort and 1 brief and they fit beautifully, the only downside was that shipping took a week or two

I thought I’d do a review because of the sheer number of negatives on here! Firstly, my order arrived in full within about ten working days from shipping. I ordered two of the bikinis and they are FABULOUS! Great fit, good support and very flattering. I also ordered 17 (yes, 17!!) pairs of knickers in the sale. Even at a discount; that’s a lot of money to spend or knickers!! The quality varies from pair to pair but my biggest grumble is the sizing is wildly different! The full briefs and seamless thongs fit perfectly, but some of the midi briefs I can’t even get on and the more “sexy” thongs look ridiculous on me! I could have gone four sizes bigger and they still wouldn’t fit. There’s just nothing to them! Overall I do highly recommend the swimwear but I’d avoid the knickers to be honest. Varying quality and sizing is shocking!

Love the patterns, but the quality and sizing consistency was all over the place. I ordered several pairs of the same size and some were hanging off of me while others wouldn't fit over my thighs. There were loose threads and some of the fabric had damage.

Knotty said they don't do refunds so issued me store credit. The second order I received were better (only a little bit of damage on one pair) so I thought maybe it was a one off.

I've now looked at the site and can see some pairs are listed as almost £100 which is absolutely mad. Really weird.

Massively disappointed, this is my second order the first was amazing and I couldn’t wait to order more, when the second arrived they were poor quality and the sizing was all over the place, I sized up and they were smaller. Feels like they reel you in with one great order then send you the tat after .

Ordered one item on June 10th, not received & had me waiting and waiting while they 'investigated' finally admitting it is lost but STILL not offering my money back, they now want me to choose a different product as they are out of stock. I'm now dealing with my bank to get a charge back. Wish I'd never ever seen their advert.

My order never arrived. It was never sent. Communication is terrible. I think this is scam. Do not order from them. Wish I’d checked first! Luckily it was only one small item. But don’t be got like I was!!

two stars because i guess im one of the lucky ones that actually received my order. but only AFTER contacting the company 3 times to actually get it shipped. they claimed it was shipped the day after i submitted my order but the tracking didn’t update for over 2 weeks. then miraculously after contacting them a few times suddenly it was updating. the shipping label said they were shipped in the uk, so nearly 3 weeks for national uk delivery is ridiculous. after receiving my items, granted i did only buy 6 pairs of underwear from the £4 sale (£6 postage for something that fit through the letterbox?) but the quality of their products also isn’t great, and smelled so strongly of chemicals that i instantly had to wash them. The smell was so bad it caused a headache. i wouldn’t recommend this company to an enemy. definitely some cheap dropshipping going on somewhere here

Ordered from them (before reading these reviews unfortunately) and at checkout, they set it up so it seems like you haven't paid yet. BUT it's actually just a one-click button that automatically purchases a $25 mystery set! Oh and you can't return anything, AND they won't refund after it's processed. Even though I emailed less than 5 minutes after placing the order. So I'm out $25 because they tricked me into buying something I didn't want. And they said they could give me 20% my next order. I told them that wasn't helpful since I don't ever plan on buying from this company again and now they have stopped responding to me.

Order placed on Monday. 48hrs tracked with Royal Mail and still Royal Mail are waiting to receive it. Wish I’d not bothered

Bought the mystery bundle. I didn't expect much, but it was baaaad. All the underwear were were and had weird straps all over which cause nasty bulges. 10/10 do not recommend for plus size ladies, unless you wanna look like a big ol' ham. 1 star for the laughs my roommate and I got out of it.

Found Knotty Knickers via a Facebook Ad. After having a snoop i really loved the patterns and style, so ended up ordering £64 worth of stuff...

4 pairs of brief style pants at £4 each in the sale
2 boxers £12 each in the sale
2 bralettes £12 each in the sale

After putting in my order, the email confirmation looked a bit 'naff' lets say, so i done a quick trust pilot search and my stomach dropped! The tracking code provided took me to a Canadian site i didn't recognise (shipping chimp) and i started to panic. 8 days later, my order has arrived via Royal Mail. My god, i have never opened a parcel so fast, expecting for the worst. However, i am really pleasantly surprised... The items are exactly as described. Sizes ok, fit well, bright patterns.. Not sure how they will hold up on the wash, but on first appearance not bad at all 🤷‍♀️ maybe i am just lucky!

Have given a 4* as the website was easy to navigate, email confirmation and tracking came quick. Items as described and packaged well. But, delivery was slow (8 days - most Ebay or Vinted things come quicker than that nowadays). I doubt I'll order again through fear of these reviews though. Don't want to risk my chances twice!

I’m really surprised by the negative reviews for this company! My experience was great, to the point where I felt a good review was warranted! I ordered a few pair of boxer briefs and i absolutely love them! The only thing I noticied is the one pair of underwear I ordered, runs a little small but they fit me perfect! I really love this company now!!

My order was lost. I was watching tracking, but I contacted the company when it didn't change for 9 days. I received a prompt response, that they were looking into it. They told me they detected fraud and I was issued a refund. They did email me multiple times to ask questions or tell me what they were doing. 2 weeks after I placed my order, I didn't have my order but I received a full refund. I was satisfied with customer service.

Accidentally placed an order and contacted customer support within 5 minutes of placing it. I was told they cannot cancel the order. I really don't understand why this company offers absolutely nothing in terms of customer support since they don't take returns, they can't cancel your order, if anything is wrong they refuse to do anything. It's baffling. On top of that, the products are not particularly high quality anyway and not worth the money. Do not bother buying from here

Order delivered fine but items are very low quality. I didn’t realise they don’t offer returns when I ordered so I’m stuck with the items. I wouldn’t bother to be honest. For the price of these you could get much better quality elsewhere.

Very unimpressed with the customer service. One of the items in my order was incorrect - when I contacted them there was no offer to replace it, just 20% off my next order…. Needless to say there won’t be one. Also, the quality is not good and on the website they say that the sizes run a small, but they actually run too big.
