I placed an order over a month ago,which still hasn't arrived. I have written numerous emails, they are consistently saying they're investigating where my package is. They sent tracking info which shows the
parcel never reached the UK. They ask me to wait again and again. I don't believe that they've sent it atall after especially after I've read everyone's reviews here. Strongly suggest that people don't buy from this company.
Update : after I told them I'd written an unfavourable review and attempted to recover payment. My parcel arrived as a royal mail 48hr tracked parcel sent from the UK.. With a UK return address!!! How did it take exactly 30 days for a tracked 48hr parcel to arrive? When tracking showed for a month that the royal mail had not received it? So I have my order but will never place another with this company.

Alas this company doesn’t do itself any favours. They are promoted as a UK based company, but they are based in Canada. I have no issue with that other than you have no idea at point of purchase your order will take a few weeks to arrive, and seeing all the other posts you think it’s a scam or con when they don’t arrive in a timely manner. So they need to be honest with people before purchase. Also people need to know if they thought they were supporting a small British business.

However after my initial annoyance at the above my parcel finally arrived. And what I have received is pretty good quality, everything seems to be stitched well and material is soft. I ordered L and was worried about sizing but they are perfect. So I am happy to recommend based on the quality of product I received. If they could just up their game on the other issues and be honest with customers I think they would do much better.

Checked their size guide and ordered all in the same size. They all fit different and despite all being airamodal they were all different fabrics. Their "money back guarantee" is just a discount on reordering. Shipping took 10 days but had a royal mail 48hr delivery sticker on it. Their customer service rep, stephen, has been ignoring my emails for over a week.

Bout 5 items for £40 all in an M which is my size according to their measurements and charts. NONE fit and each one was a completely different size to the other despite being the same size. Shipping took like 2 weeks but the label said 48hr royal mail and judging by the quality and sizing I'm assuming it was bulk bought from temu or similar. Super disappointed, I reached out via email and over Facebook, I was given a code to rebuy in the next size up or use in store on anything, the code didn't work on anything, nothing was valid. Emailed and Facebook messaged 9 times since and no reply whatsoever. Total scam. AVOID

Ill fitting, poor quality and over priced. Will not accept returns or exchanges (despite distance selling regulations). Will give you a partial credit note and then ignore your emails requesting to return useless goods for a full refund.

Going through my bank to get the money bank. Disgusting considering how they try to market themselves as an ethical org when their goods are made and dispatched China.

wish i could rate them 0. waited the 2 weeks that they state will be the maximum delivery time and still no order. emailed them and got told to wait another week before they open an investigation, so i waited that week and that investigation date was just pushed further back. the name changes every email so im sure its just an AI bot i’m talking to. i wish id read the reviews first because it sounds like IF i do receive them they wont fit anyway. I went through my bank to get my money back and have received it, however the company has 3 months to dispute this and take my money again.

Knickers arrived after a long wait. Tried 2 out of 10 or so on. One just fit, others wildly too small.
I emailed within their 14 day money back guarantee return window (which includes the day you ordered and the long wait for delivery) to ask for a refund. They said no but I could have a voucher for the value of the goods. This would be OK if 1. The knickers were consistent sizes. 2. If they didn't state you can get a refund 3. The voucher included the £6 delivery fee. As is stated in their site I am eligible for a refund and have 14 days to try on but their customer service disagrees and says you can't get a refund due to hygiene reasons (which is why I only tried 2). They have ghosted me since. If I use the voucher I will have 2 lots of knickers that may or may not fit, on top of having paid £12 in postage which I am not willing to do for sub par items when their returns policy is in my favour.

Ordered 7th November, it’s 26th and still no order.
They’ve told me it’s a problem with Royal Mail when I can see they haven’t even received the parcel yet as I’ve got the tracking number they gave me.
I’ve asked for a refund three times and they’ve said they won’t send me one as they’ve shipped it, they then sent me a link on shipping chimp ‘proving’ it had been sent, but this is a Canadian company and I’m in the UK.
Their customer service is run by RichPanel which is AI customer service and not a real person, hence why the name changes on every reply they send.
Do not fall for this scam! I’m trying to go through my bank for a refund as I’ve lost £40!

This company falsely advertises! I purchased over £40.00 worth of products. The products were tiny despite being advertised as bigger sizes. As soon as I got them I packaged them back up and sent back within the 5 days policy. Now they are refusing to refund my money despite proof of postage. I will be seeking advise from trading standards

If I could score it a 0 i would have - as many others have said they have very poor customer relations. I fell foul of a phishing email forgetting that I had already ordered but my ordered couldn't be cancelled within minutes of realising. It took ages to come, I returned using returns address on parcel but no response to email asking for a refund. Beware as it's really difficult to get any response from them as well as claiming back from your bank or Paypal !

Scam of a company, don't order. You can't return items. I got a bralette that offered 0 support and didn't fit even though I used their measurements and size guides, it was massive. They have offered me store credit and nothing else, I have requested a full refund multiple times and they are ignoring my emails now. Also, delivery was over 2 weeks. Don't bother - waste of money for poor quality items

I ordered from knottyknickers.ca and still waiting for my knickers. Order on 5th November still waiting. I haev emailed twice and both times they have said they will investigate, and keep moving the delivery date. I wonder if this is because after a certain time they will not be liable. Not happy. Dont order from them.

Awful company.

You're told delivery will be 4-8 working days but I've been waiting over 2 weeks now and the company keep delaying opening an investigation into where my order is, and they're denying a refund. Do not order from this company

Really liked the designs and fit. Had worn the boxers twice and after washing there were holes in them. Contacted company and was told to follow washing instructions( l had) and as it was not within 5 days of purchase there was no refund. As a goodwill gesture they offered 20% off my next full price item. I responded back that l would rather have a free replacement but got no response. Will not be buying again.

I placed an order November 1 with knotty and I am actually happy with the underwear I received, all were correct sizes and the quality is actually very good. However the 3* re view is because the dispatch and shipping time was abysmal. It took almost 2 weeks to reach me, customer services aren’t very helpful, on the website it states that it’s 2-4 days shipping, apparently that’s only express shipping. Considering the shipping costs £6 and it’s a “UK company” it shouldn’t be £6 for flat rate and it shouldn’t take almost 2 weeks either! (It’s not a UK company by the way it’s definitely based in China) I personally wouldn’t order anything again and I’ll stick to using step one.

Not a UK based company, all products are shipped from China. If I'd have known this I wouldn't have bothered ordering.

My products came after 2 weeks, and they're okay, but only slightly softer than cheap polyester stuff. The stitching on the bralette makes it look like you have long nipples poking out. Feels cheap, just glad I paid sale price but even at £12 per item I feel like that's too much.

Lots of loophole language in the returns and refunds section, you're only allowed to return for refund within 14 days of ordering and from what I've seen many orders are arriving after 14 working days. I sent an email to try and cover myself incase my products never arrived. Save your money and get something half decent.

Ordered some undies and a pyjama set, it says on their website 14 day money back guarantee. The sizes are all over the place, literally ordered same cut and size, only the print is different, however one is too big and goes up over my bellybutton, the other one is too small and hip-high. Emailed their customer service and they said they can add a discount for next time, i emailed back saying i don’t want a discount i want the money back. Emailed them three times now and no response! Absolutely ridiculous! Shipping was slow as well! Do not buy from them! Scammers!

Not worth it
Cheap material. Shipping isn’t quick - as think comes from china. Sizing isn’t correct. They come up small. Also, I ordered medium and got sent 2 pairs (unwearable) size 6-8 (XS) wanted to return but they wouldn’t let me as I wouldn’t have purchased. Got given credit for them but won’t be buying from them again. Wish I’d looked at trust pilot first.

purchased 4 pair of underwear during a buy one get one deal. I ordered all 4 pair 3xl. When my order arrived, I was disappointed with the quality as they felt cheap. I’ll post photos to show one pair being torn after one wear as well as the significant sizing difference between two pair of exactly the same sized underwear. I sent an email to knotty to show them the torn pair as well as the sizing issue and long story short, too bad so sad for me as they don’t want to do good on their products. 100% would not recommend. Poor quality and poor customer service. BAD BUSINESS.
