My Hisense TV only lasted 3 months before lines appeared on the screen. Customer service had the audacity to tell me there is a crack on the inside of the screen, which isn’t covered by their warranty. Do not buy this trash product.
Purchased a TV set in 2023 on Black…
Purchased a TV set in 2023 on Black Friday. brought it set it up and it worked perfectly. I was prompted a month later to update the software which I did at that point the TV went blank, when the update was complete the tv just kept on going into a boot loop after speaking to Customer Service they were setting up a service call. It’s been one week and it seems like I am getting the runaround, they did send replacement parts in the mail that was a surprise to me, I was never told that was being done. I am still waiting for a call back with no success they told me 24 to 48 hrs. customer service is very weak the customer service reps are very polite but my tv is not fixed and I am still waiting for a call back. I am very unsatisfied with the lack of communication.
This is an update. ITI who is service co. For Hisense came out and repaired the set, tech was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue and was very thorough with the repair. The main issue was lack of communications. I am increasing my star review only because of the service I received from the ITI tech. Being a professional in the field I understand that sometimes new products fail, that’s the nature of electronics. I will update if needed in the future but for right now, everything is good.

I received a replacement tv from Walmart which is a Hisense. I tried registering the product on line and I needed to upload a receipt. Since this was done on line I didn't have a receipt. I spoke with someone in customer service and he claimed he would make a notes stating everything I said. I called back to make sure the product was registered I spoke to another representative and she stated no, the serial number is incorrect from what she sees on line. I told her I was giving her the information from the box. I requested to speak with a Supervisor of course no one was available. I asked for a call back.

Purchase a Hisense portable AC and 65 in TV. AC was bought on June 2023 and died on Aug 2023. I contacted the customer service and a technician was sent to my house. A technician wanted to take the part that had nothing to do with the problem. Called customer service and sent what they needed me to send. They withdraw 100 dollars from my credit card to send a picture of the cord and if i do not, they will take the 100 dollars. I was informed that the AC would be sent to me 18 days ago and would take 7 to 10 business days to receive it. After three weeks, I called and what I heard that made me hang up the phone. The merchandise has not been sent yet and it takes 24 hours to process to send it to me.
TV broke after 8 months. My son watches this TV only once a week. A series of lines appear everywhere. contacted customer support. The diagnosis was that the panel is not good, and they will send me a check when they receive the requested documents. I sent whatever they wanted me to send, but still, I have no money, and they keep telling me that I will receive the check in 4 to 6 business weeks.
Poor Customer Service and Poor Product

I remodeled my house and my oven broke after 3 uses. I have been contacting customer support and no one would return my calls to get a technician out. I was then told I needed to call a technician myself. I was given multiple phone numbers to call but I was not in the correct location. When I finally connected with a technician, I was told I would have to pay $120 for someone to come and assess my oven, and then pay another fee for repair. I called the customer service again and was told they had been trying to contact me and essentially this was my fault. They had the incorrect number and I corrected this number but they kept calling the incorrect one.
I finally asked to speak to a supervisor and told them I wanted a full refund and that I was not happy with the customer service I have received, and I do not have confidence in their product. I was told they had to go through an approval process and could not make an exception. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they would call me back within 24 hours. They never call me back and I have to keep calling them. This process started on August 17, 2023 and it is now almost September.
I do not recommend this brand to anyone. The customer service has been horrible, they are rude and place blame on the customer.
UPDATE: It is September 12 and my oven is still broken. I had a technician come out but he wasn't familiar with Hisense products. He got the oven working but now the door is locked shut. He had to have Hisense send him a tool to open the door. That was a week ago.......
They still will not do anything because it can apparently "still be repaired."

I bought a 14,000 BTU medium room …
I bought a 14,000 BTU medium room window air conditioner. I kept it in the box over 30 days while I prepared the room where I was to install it. When I opened the box I found the unit to be damaged as if something very heavy had been dropped on it in the store. Lowes said I needed manufacturer approval for an exchange. I contacted Hisense USA for exchange approval and explained my issue. they immediately said my warranty is void before I could even register it. The box says 2 year warranty, they told me I would have to pay a repairman to come and fix the unit and that I would have to purchase the parts to repair the broken unit. I should have checked the reviews on this company before my purchase as their products and warranties are not worth the paper they are written on. Their customer service should probably remove the word service and replace it with another word because service is not anything they are providing!
Do not Buy - Terrible warranty support
Purchase a Hisense refrigerator in December 2022 and now it does not work. I attempted to call customer service 8 times and keep getting disconnected “call back later”. After entering 2 chat sessions, I was provide incident number. They then sent email asking me to call and it connects you to the same system that keeps disconnecting me. This is the WORST customer service I have dealt with, worse than ATT. DO NOT buy a Hisense product and expect and support.
Horrible customer service and product
We purchased our new Hisense fridge through Lowes 15 months ago. On the night of Tuesday, June 13th the fridge and freezer quit cooling. We lost almost everything. My husband researched online and through our fridge manual to see what the issue was. The compresser quit working. We told this information to Hisense customer service and they told us via email our service provider was Trinity TV and Appliance LLC and it was covered 100% under the warranty. The email also said our service provider would be contacting us within one business day. Multiple days had gone by without any word so I called the provided number, ***-***-****. The repair guy (I assume it was John Allen Russel, but I was never given a name) said he had received our information two hours prior to my call and that he would be at our house between 3 and 5 that afternoon. At 5:30 I called him because he never showed and left a voicemail. One minute later I received a text that his vehicle had broken down and he had no cell service. I had to call him the next day to find out when he'd come inspect our fridge. He showed up the next afternoon, looked at our fridge for 30 seconds and agreed it was the compresser. He then stated that the part should take two days to arrive. Three days later on June 30th I contacted John Allen Russel because we had not received any news. He said he was still waiting on the part. My husband and I both contacted Hisense and they said the part was delivered. Since then my husband and I have sent John Allen Russel multiple texts and calls trying to figure out when our fridge will be fixed. He has ignored our calls and texts and we are still with a broken fridge. It is now Tuesday, July 11th, 4 weeks since our fridge broke, and it is till broken without any idea if it will ever be fixed. We have also contacted Hisense many times through their customer service online chat. (We can't get through to a person by calling the customer service number.) I've chatted with Cappuccino, Erica, and Tavia multiple times. All three told me that our case was escalated. Cappuccino said a manager would be calling us that evening, which never happened. Not one person from Hisense has reached out regarding our broken fridge that is still under warranty. We have had a broken fridge for 4 weeks without any help from Hisense. I'm demanding a full refund for the price of the fridge. I'd like to purchase a new fridge from a company who follows through with customer service and warranty promises.

If there are replacements you obviously know that shells break, but not this badly and for the Fourth of July morning after I open the refrigerator and all I had was eggs and butter on the upper left shelf and it was sideways broken to the lower shelf but I kind of expected this to break because the back was cracked. The front is cracked on the lower one and the slide shelf is cracked on front and back
If having shells it’s important, don’t buy this product because the shelves are so flimsy. Relying on each other support connected in the middle not freestanding like normal ones. I’m gonna try to find ones like my old refrigerator to put in this. I wish I kept my old refrigerator shelves because I would be using those right now in the hooks for this shelf.

In the last two years I have replaced 5 TV's and my kitchen appliances with Hisense. My living room TV...which is never watched and the manufacturing date is September 28, 2020. All at home tech support has been tried and was just told by customer service that it exceeds the one year manufacturing date so they will not send out customer service. I learned my lesson Hisense. Unfortunately you have me 5 times on TV's and kitchen appliances but I promise you...I will spread the word to keep others from getting GOT.
A brand new Hisense…
I purchased a brand new Hisense refrigerator, from Lowe's on 2/13/2023. The unit was delivered 2/17/2023, it was installed and started. The unit did not go to temperature or dispense water until the 3rd day. I naturally left a voice mail to Lowe's with my complain. They got back to me a couple of days later, by that time the fridge was at temperature and working fine, I told them so. 11 weeks later the unit stopped working and it started getting warm.
I called Lowe's but they said I should contact Hisense instead, which I did. I went, with Hisense, over the phone through unplugging the unit for a minute to 30 minutes, plugging it back, to waiting 24 hours in the hopes that it would fix it, but nothing worked. After a couple of days of doing this Hisense referred me to a local repair center. I set up an appointment with their tech. The tech showed up, replaced a board, the unit still did not work. At the end of his troubleshooting he determined the unit had a leak in the compressor. My brand new fridge had come with a major defect.
It's been over 11 days without a working refrigerator in my kitchen, I also had to throw away about 300 dollars in spoiled food from the freezer, and had to purchase a small chest freezer just to get by. Hisense now wants to send a 2nd tech from a different repair center to look at the unit. My complaint is that I bought a brand new fridge, and that's what I want and deserve, not keeping one which originally came with a huge defect.

14 days still waiting on repair!! Refrigerator not working at all. They sent main board on day seven. Tech was supposed to be here that day. No tech showed. Called tech myself. He said he doesn’t travel over 50 miles. He said Hisense product is junk! He said Hisense doesn’t pay him for his work. Said he would come out anyway. Called him back to ask what time he’d be here. He said Hisense cancelled his ticket. Called Hisense back. She said they didn’t cancel and would expedite repair. Yea I bet! That was 3 days ago. No progress so far on this. They sure make it sound they their going to help you then don’t. They make false promises then just forget about you! Deceptive business practices. Your warranty department is extremely UNIMPRESSIVE!! Anytime now Hisense! And if not, justice will be served!

We bought a Hisense 65" TV, primarily because the company offered the above promotion. I too followed the terms of the promotion to the letter, including registering my TV immediately, and waiting the 100 days to claim my rebate. When the time came to claim the rebate, I logged into the Hisense website, as instructed, only to find NO way to CLAIM my rebate. I would follow a link & it would go to a page stating "no page found". Last week, I went on the website & I noticed there was a page to claim the rebate but the website stated it had been after 130 days & therefore wasn't eligible. I emailed customer support several times, filed an exception report & was informed they would not honor the rebate. I will not buy another item from this company & will inform everyone I know of the bad business practices Hisense partakes in! I believe they committed fraud & this horrible customer service behavior is NOT a smart way to conduct business! Most successful businesses like to keep their customers happy so they can be repeat buyers. Just ridiculous!!!
Do NOT expect Hisense to honor any promotions!
I purchased a Hisense 65" TV, primarily because the company was offering a "$100 Rebate after 100 days promotion". I followed the terms of the promotion to the letter, including registering my TV immediately, and waiting the 100 days to claim my rebate. When time came to claim the rebate, I logged into the Hisense website, as instructed, only to find NO way to actually CLAIM my rebate. I sent emails to Hisense, only to get no reply. After MANY days of checking and searching for the way to claim my rebate, I FINALLY received an email from Hisense Support, only to be told that I had waited too long to claim by rebate, and I would not be receiving it. Had I known this, I would have definitely picked a different model. While the TV I purchased is 'OK', there are much better models available, and had I known how Hisense treats its customers, I would have definitely picked another brand.
I have 4 black pixels on my new tv
I have 4 black pixels on my 8 month old u8g 55 inch. I submitted a warranty claim and the close up picture they asked for and they voided my claim and responded that my "damage is caused by roach/bug infestation". How absolutely offensive. My house is clean, sanitary, and doesn't have any clutter. Maybe I need to post a walk through of my house for them. Others have had the same issue and easily got their warranty claim accepted. Disgusting and terrible experience. Never buying hisense again.

I went online to Hisense support to chat with someone reference an issue with my television. I was charged $30 bucks for nothing he did not even help me. I actually called Hisense and they helped me with the issue with my tv. It pays to read reviews before making a decision because it could be you if your not careful thanks.
