Fridge not cooling
Fridge not cooling. Technician has been notified over 48 hours ago and has yet to contact me. I will take the fridge back to Costco than to have Hisense pay this Technician to repair it. Very Disappointed.

Bought a 43 inch 4k ultra tv three years ago and it stopped working. After talking with a CS agent the red power light was flashing twice indicating possibly motherboard. Expensive repair! Went and bought a new tv obviously not a Hisense. Would have to say not very good reliability.
HORRIBLE Support
IVR/AI is horrible. Employees are not very intelligent and very quick to tell you they cannot help, but not get someone who can help. They just hang up the call when they are out of scripts to read.
I needed an RS-232 protocol document for a 100U76N and three different calls could not produce this, after the first person "Georgia" told me that she was going to email it to me.
Hisense needs to remove their RS-232/serial port if they do not publish the necessary documentation or hire support employees that can support the calls.
Never again…
After a year and a half my dehumidifier broke. With my warranty Hisense sent me a refurbished one. They replaced a piece of junk with a piece of junk!!!

Bad company, bad products
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
I AM WRITING TO EXPRESS MY EXTREME DISSATISFACTION WITH THE HISENSE SMART AIR CONDITIONERS I PURCHASED LAST YEAR. I BOUGHT FOUR UNITS, EXPECTING RELIABLE PERFORMANCE AND SMART CAPABILITIES. HOWEVER, THIS HAS BEEN FAR FROM THE CASE. BEFORE I EVEN GET INTO THE DETAILS, I WANT TO CALL OUT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB) FOR FAILING TO DO THEIR JOB. BOTH MY WIFE AND I SUBMITTED COMPLAINTS ABOUT HISENSE, ONLY TO HAVE THEM DELETED WITHOUT ANY FOLLOW-UP OR ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION. THE BBB IS SUPPOSED TO HELP CONSUMERS GET JUSTICE, BUT INSTEAD, THEY'VE DONE NOTHING TO HOLD THIS BUSINESS ACCOUNTABLE, WHICH ONLY EXACERBATES THIS ALREADY FRUSTRATING SITUATION. THIS YEAR, TWO OUT OF THE FOUR UNITS LOST THEIR SMART FUNCTIONALITY. HISENSE REFUSED TO ISSUE A REFUND AND INSTEAD OFFERED TO EXCHANGE THEM ONLY IF I CUT THE CORDS. THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A POINTLESS EXERCISE SINCE YOU HAD NO REPLACEMENT UNITS IN STOCK. RELUCTANTLY, I RETURNED THESE TWO UNITS TO COSTCO. NOW, TWO MONTHS LATER, THE REMAINING TWO UNITS HAVE ALSO LOST THEIR SMART CAPABILITIES. HISENSE PROMISED A FULL REFUND FOR BOTH, BUT HAS SINCE FAILED TO RESPOND TO ANY OF MY ATTEMPTS TO FOLLOW UP. THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE AND INEXCUSABLE. I DEMAND IMMEDIATE ACTION TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. EITHER PROVIDE THE PROMISED REFUND FOR THE TWO DEFECTIVE UNITS OR REPLACE THEM WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY. YOUR FAILURE TO HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS AND ADDRESS CUSTOMER ISSUES IS ASTONISHINGLY POOR. absolute worst retailer I've ever dealt with…
truly as bad an experience as Ive ever had with any company in my nearly 70 years.and all this over a simple and inexpensive remote control for a less than 2 week old window ac.long story short remote stopped working 2 weeks after i bought the ac from lowes.this was for a stroke victim. and a working remote was a must.i got in touch with hisense and did every test on the remote that they asked me to do.it failed all of them.this did not stop them from continuing to give me the run around.mind you i had the receipt, the model # and everything else they wanted.but they wanted a serial # for the ac unit. for the life of me i couldn't find it.but i did get an email from lowes customer service saying sometimes its inside the unit.(i was not about to start taking this thing apart)so i got back in touch with hisense customer service and they insisted they couldn't help me without the ac serial #(this of course as i later found out was bull) case closed. that's when i asked the better business bureau to step in. within a couple of days hisense miraculously found a way to send me a new remote...amazing..but the thing that pissed me off the most is this miserable company didn't give a rats A$$ that this a-c unit was going to be used by someone who couldn't operate it without a working remote....pathetic.sorry that i had to leave 1 star.they deserve so much less....
NEVER AGAIN
I purchased a Hisense portable AC unit from Lowe's on 6/6/24 which cost 489.73, Model#AP0822CW1W. On 8/7/24 it stopped cooling, so on 8/8/24 I called Hisense customer service and all I got from the representative was attitude and rudeness. I was told by her, that I would have to accept another AC unit because they would not give me a refund as I requested as long as they had replacement units in stock. So I went to our local Lowe's and explained the situation, and a Lowe's customer service rep. called Hisense customer service to request a Refund Authorization Number as instructed by one of the options on the phone menu and was told they do not give authorization numbers. When she questioned him as to why; He hung up on her! Thank God the supervisors at our local Lowe's worked with me and credited my Lowe's card, I was even refunded 59.97 for the extended warranty that I purchased. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE THAT HAS THE HISENSE NAME!!! SO BUYER BEWARE!!!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I purchased a HISENSE window air…
I purchased a HISENSE window air conditioner exactly one year ago. It cost over $400. It quit working 3 weeks ago. HISENSE advertises 2 year warranty . Although the fine folks at LOWES have been very supportive, ultimately the warranty and customer service related to the unit comes directly from the manufacturer as we all know.
HISENSE will not answer their phone. I have provided several emails with photos, and narratives. They have emailed me back asking me the same questions over and over…… in my opinion stalling.
I have been on “hold” with them several times for over 30 minutes. Where I come from ……. This does not qualify as customer service. This is purely customer frustration. If you’re not willing to stand by your product….. simply tell me and I will move on. And while you’re at it….. take the “ 2 year warrrany” stamp off of your product.
I had one year of fine performance from this air conditioner. I am not looking for full reimbursement. 1/2 would be acceptable. I have given you my information. I welcome a response .

I would give zero stars if I could. I was sold a broken unit out of the box, it took weeks to get a new unit during a heat wave. They won't pick up or pay for the disposal of the busted unit. The customer support was incompetent and at times, contradictory. Never ever buy from this company. EVER.
Humidifier dies after two years, just after warranty expires
I bought a 50-pint Hisense dehumidifier from Costco on May 24, 2022. It recently died. The technician who services our HVAC system tried to fix it, but pronounced it dead. I called Hisense, and the unsympathetic rep told me the warranty was only for two years. I had just missed the cutoff. He said there was nothing they could do. It is pretty sad that Hisense sells a product that only works for two years. They must know their products are below par, which is why they only offer a two-year warranty. I will not make the mistake of buying a Hisense product again.
I have a three year old refrigerator is junk…
I have a three year old refrigerator that has completely stopped cooling. It’s impossible to get in contact with Hi Sense customer service (if it even exists) because my compressor and sealed system are still under warranty. My advice is to avoid Hi Sense products altogether.
Do not buy a Hiscence product
I’m only giving one star because you have to give a star in order to give a review. They actually deserve zero stars. I’ve never in my life experienced such poor customer service and I rarely write anything on the Internet. I went through the troubleshooting steps more than one time. I had our contractor also confirm the air conditioner was broken. The customer service reps ( Because I spoke to three) Refuse to believe me that I actually did the steps. So I had to call my elderly uncle’s caregiver and have her go through the steps on the phone with the customer service rep. They’ve been proceeded to still not send somebody out and are making us wait another 24 hours and asked us to call back. I have two elderly gentlemen who are sweltering in 95 degree heat So now I’m going to need to pay for a hotel room because nobody seems to want to help fix a brand new air conditioner.

The chest freezer stopped working. It was just over the warranty period. I decided to repair myself and found out that the thermostat unit was wrapped in plastic, causing it to overheat. I called Hisense and they verified that the thermostat was not supposed to be wrapped in plastic. He said that since it was out of warrany, that there was nothing that they could do. I asked about it being shipped from factory with an assembly defect. He said that he would check with his supervisor. That has been a week ago. Texting them everyday and no response. I filled out the website service request and no response. I even called twice and both times there is no supervisor available to talk to, but they will call back -- oops, no call yet.
Buyer Beware- Hisense french door
Purchased a Hisense French door refrigerator. Model # HRF266N6CSE. The refrigerator does not maintain its proper temperature and needs repair. Hisense Customer Service, if you can even call it that, is TERRIBLE to NON EXISTENT. For a business to have this bad of a customer service makes you ponder how they can still be in existence as a company. I will NEVER purchase another Hisense product. Four scheduled repairs were all no shows. The support line will not allow you to speak with a supervisor. Your constantly told a supervisor will call you within two business days which they do not. My advise for anyone thinking about buying anything Hisense is to read the reviews first. The entire experience has been horrifying from the date of contact with customer support to date of this writing !

I recently purchased a Hisense portable air conditionair from Lowes for my garage. The number to call for set up questions simply send you to a automated AI assistant that can not answer the specific questions. There seems to be no other route to speak to a live technician which is extremely frustrating. What is happening to the customer experience care. I am now considering taking the unit back to Lowes. Do such companies not understand the loss in sales potential they cause by such cost cutting corners???

My 75" is under 6 months ago. It started making a popping sound. In 1 day I was on the phone with 6 different reps for 3 hours !! I was told there was a firmware issue & I was to go through the troubleshooting things they told me to do. Nothing worked. They made a appt to come out Friday. Instead I got a call that there is a guy coming out to exchange the motherboard. THEN another call today telling me to do a software update, He couldn't figure it out either. I will never buy another HiSense again !!
