I spoke to Nicole at around 24 June 2025 2pm USA time. I am from Singapore but I am facing some issues and need immediate help. Nicole is not proficient in Hisense product and directed me to Asia Website. 2pm USA timing is 2am Singapore timing whereby it is not in it's operating hours. This is annoying as I have to wait till tomorrow.

Hisense 7.0 CU Chest…
we bought a Hisense 7.0 CU Chest Freezer in end of June 2022 and it just stopped working over the weekend.. I didnt even make it 3 years. Called customer service and the company doesnt honor their product after 2 years. We lost $100's worth of food. They didnt seem to care. Do not recommend. What a joke. I read chest freezers are supposed to last at least 10 years. DO NOT recommend this company!!!!!

I purchased 2 hisense u8k tvs 2 years ago and one already has a bad video board and of course 2 months out of warranty. The TV does look great but a terrible ui that known for a weak processing. 4k looks great but anything upscale is terrible. Save your money and buy a sony tv as the upscaling is amazing and a reliable tvs.
Hisense Denied Support for Damaged TV – Referred Me to Legal Dept Without Resolution
I purchased a Hisense TV from Costco and did not open the box until several months later due to renovations at my commercial property. The TV was stored safely and unopened during this time. When I finally unboxed it after renovations were completed in April, I discovered that the screen was damaged internally, even though the exterior was in perfect, brand-new condition—no visible scratches, dents, or signs of mishandling.
I contacted Hisense customer support and explained the situation. I offered to provide documentation from both the city and the shopping center to prove that the location was under renovation and the TV remained unopened. I also requested that the case be escalated to management if the representative could not make a decision.
Instead of offering assistance or escalation, I was told to contact their legal department—a completely inappropriate and unreasonable response for a standard customer support issue. I find it unacceptable and unprofessional that a customer simply seeking support for a defective product would be redirected to legal without a proper investigation or explanation.
Their claim that internal panel damage is automatically classified as "physical damage" makes no sense when there is no external damage. How could a customer possibly cause such an issue without even opening or touching the TV?
I am seeking a full replacement or refund for the TV. If Hisense is unwilling to take accountability, I will be pursuing resolution through Costco and sharing this experience publicly. I would also like Hisense to review and improve how they handle escalations and support genuine customer concerns.
Steer clear
Steer clear. They sale lemons! Tv stopped working after 3 years of use. Manufacture date of 2021! I was sitting watching tv when the screen suddenly blacked out, sound was still on. I turned the tv off to reset it and that was it. Some weird song cycles whenever I turned it on. There was zero damage done to this tv. Customer service and trouble shooting techniques are a joke. I have a flatscreen from 2008 still working just fine without ever having any replacements. Hisense is a joke. Save your money unless you only need the product for 3 years or less.
Hisense Sucks/LOUSY
I called cust. serv. re. minor issue, They required serial #. IT IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE TO READ. IT IS SOOO MINUSCULE I told them I can't see it. They said sorry then. In order to get it from tiny label, I had to keep moving TV. It fell forward and no longer worked. Still under warranty they refused to do anything. Counting it as physical damage; which would never have occurred had printing been for humans. Customer service sucks.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I bought a Hisense refrigerator and 14 months later it stopped getting cold. It had a two year warranty and so I called and my claim was approved. However since then it has been nothing but the fun around. Countless hours spent on the phone with them making promises about calling a service tech but this never actually happening. Countless hours talking to rude customer service reps based in the Caribbean. Hundreds of dollars spent having to eat out or by non perishable foods because I have children in my house and don’t want them to get sick. They don’t care. Their product is awful and so is there customer service. Do not get lured in by that 2 year warranty—- it’s pretty much worthless.

I couldn't give a zero star, tv powered down while streaming and never came up, less than 2 years of buy of a new unit, very disappointed never looking at any Hisense product ever.
Do not buy anything with the Hisense…
Do not buy anything with the Hisense brand. We have had our refrigerator for less than a year and have had to have it serviced 3 times. When trying to talk to Hisense about getting an extended warranty to cover and obviously flawed product their only response id if its longer than 90 days there is nothing they will do. We have had nothing but problems from this refrigerator.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. Customer service is an absolute joke. Compressor went on fridge after 6 months, totally under warranty. They decided it wasn't repairable and it took them over 10 days just to produce the Return # just so Costco could then process the return. Their standard answer was 24-48 hours for everything. Couldn't speak to anyone higher up, just hurry up and wait. Who goes without a fridge for more than 10 days??

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service! I would not even give them 1 star! We had continuous problems with a Hisense stove we bought from Lowes. Shocking after sales service from Hisense. Long delays. Supervisors who just will not listen, just argue that its not their fault. We ended up without a stove for a month while trying to get assistance. No comms between the repair agent and Hisense HQ. I will never buy another Hisense product

Absolutely Disappointing - Never Buying Hisense Again
I strongly advise against purchasing any Hisense TV. The TV became completely unusable, and to make matters worse, their warranty is completely worthless. They refuse to honor it, blaming me for “physical damage,” even though I did nothing wrong. To top it off, their customer service is atrocious—rude and dismissive. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this brand at all costs. Hisense TVs are cheaply made, and their customer service makes it clear they don’t care about their customers.

I was a fixed income so bought this tv after 1 month of having it it BROKE. they claimed they'd have a technician come out they never did and never called back i called back 3 days later and they told me my TV is physically damaged that I broke it and there's nothing they can do! We purchased a Hisense Electric Range Model HBE3501CPS on 10/26/2024 and had Lowe's deliver it on 11/07/2024. On January 4th I was in the process of frying chicken in a normal skillet, not cast iron or anything stupid. Yet, heard a LOAD POP and walked over to find the glass top part of the stove had a HUGE CRACK from the burner the skillet was sitting on that shot all the way across the top of the stove. I have made several phone calls for customer support THINKING their 1 year manufacture warranty would cover this to be told ABSOLUTELY NOT. They claimed that all units were tested and passed. Like I DO NOT THINK THIS IS TRUE. We literally got to use this stove for 1 1/2 months. That is ridiculous. This company does NOT stand true to the one year warranty.

Customer service is very bad.
Customer service is very bad and warranty process is terrible. Submitted a warranty claim for a TV that failed after about a year, the TV had a 3 yr warranty. Had to talk to several customer service representatives over a period of weeks and had to email them photos of the TV and receipt multiple times (same photos to different reps at different times), waited on phone hold numerous times, talked to a customer service supervisor, then waited for and received a repair part, then waited for a repair technician who attempted a repair (and took more photos then verified the TV was still not working). Then I had to fill out and return the TV Exchange / Refund Authorization Request form and submit to Hisense with more of the same photos and receipt. After a month they finally approved the claim and sent me a replacement TV; however, they don't take the broken one so I had the hassle/cost of disposing of it myself. I really think their warranty process is designed to wear you down, hoping many will just give up and go buy a different TV.
Fridge not cooling
Fridge not cooling. Technician has been notified over 48 hours ago and has yet to contact me. I will take the fridge back to Costco than to have Hisense pay this Technician to repair it. Very Disappointed.
