New TV Professional Setup
Just had the TV delivered and set up. Shortly afterwards, TV picture periodically blacks out. Sporadically off and on all afternoon. Tried all the troubleshooting options and it still does the same thing. Five hours of frustration. Returning it as soon as I can!

Wrote to the company several times via Contact Form on their web site, to no avail. Called them, no luck as AI taking over the calls now!
Never EVER buying any Hisense product! Waste of money, time, and extremely poor customer service and definitely don't care about customers! Un flippin believable!!! Ugh!!!!!
I'll make this as short as possible
I'll make this as short as possible. We have a Hisense 85 inch Q7 series mini-LED Qled television. We bought it from Best Buy August 28th of last year (2025). it worked fine and we were very pleased with it until this past April (less than a year after purchase), when it began to have some issues. Hisense says they warranty their tv for one year
The TV shut down randomly for no reason, and the HDMI ports would go out randomly. I got on the live chat with a Hisense rep twice within a month, and both time I was told to unplug the TV, hold down the power button to "drain" any remaining electricity (yep, that's what they said),and upon plugging the TV back in both times, everything worked fine again.
The THIRD time the HDMI ports suddenly shut down (soundbar and DVD player both plugged in) I called again, and the rep said because this is reoccurring problem to do a factory reset. This of course makes the TV as if it just came out of the box, so I had to reinstall the apps as well as sign back into everything. This solved the problem....for a couple of days.
The HDMI ports went back out a couple of days later, and once during those 48 hours the TV powered off for no reason. I called Hisense, got a live person on the phone (YAY!), and they said they would send out a tech from one of the TV repair companies they have a contract with. Repairman came in, replaced the mainboard, left, and yep, two days later the HDMI ports went out again. Called Hisense, they told me to do another factory reset (nope), and I told them I want either a refund or a replacement since this has happened too many times. Rep said no, they have to try again with a repairman. I DO NOT want this TV "fixed" but I have no choice to wait for another repairman coming tomorrow.
So basically, you get a Hisense, you're stuck with it. They will send someone to "fix" it, and if it isn't fixed, they will just send another tech.
UPDATE: Repair tech came out this morning (6/30/26) and called Hisense to get authorization to destroy the TV so that a refund or RA can be issued. The Hisense rep told him (this was all on speaker phone) that they ordered new boards yesterday so we have to wait until those get installed and see what happens. The tech advised the main board was already switched out so doing it again is fruitless, but the Hisense rep said he will not authorize the tv to be deemed unrepairable, despite THE GUY WHO REPAIRS TV'S FOR A LIVING TELLING HIM IT WON'T WORK AND SENDING HIM PICTURES WHILE HE IS ON THE PHONE.
Tech left, and I called Hisense, who told the me Hisense tech I spoke to yesterday ordered new boards for the TV so I have to wait and see if that works ( which will be the THIRD time a repair tech is sent out, despite being told BY THAT REP yesterday two visits by a tech and the tv still not working is what's needed in order to deem the TV unrepairable). SO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ON THE PHONE YESTERDAY DIAGNOSED MY TV WITHOUT SEEING IT AND ORDERED PARTS.
Again, the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I've EVER had. And WE STILL HAVE A TV THAT DOESN'T WORK sitting in our living room, and held hostage by a company that decided "Well, you own it, so you have to do things our way".
DO NOT BUY HISENSE PRODUCTS.
TRASH customer service
Filing a warranty claim has been a nightmare. When you register the product, it says to retain your receipt OR upload the receipt when registering. When I registered, I uploaded the receipt. When i filed a claim because the freezer was not holding in the cold air, I was asked for the receipt. I ended up going through a whoel ordeal about the reciept being uploaded when registered. They finally did the claim. When they came to fix it, the fix must not have been doable because I was told that Hisense would contact me to replace the entire unit. When they contacted me, they again went on about the receipt. When I was explaining to the lady everything that has happened, she said there is nothing she can do, so I asked to speak to a manager, and she hung up the phone on me.
New Fridgefreezer broke.
New Fridgefreezer broke.
Purchased in November 2025 online.
The plastic notch that holds the see through shelf onto the door has broke on the left hand side. Fridge also makes strange noises.
The piece looks like it had an air bubble in it. It is squishy foam inside with a thin skim n of outer plastic…not a quality build. Item was over £400…misplaced.
I can get through to customer service and there is no email. Please refund or exchange asap.
This company is like no other that I…
This company is like no other that I have dealt with. Our five month old TV stopped showing a picture, only lines. Wr called the company and were told to reset it and how to reset it and we did nothing happened. We were then told we had to call Hisense Roku which is another company to rule out some software issues. We spent two hours on a Sunday with him only to be sent back to the original Hisense that we called. We were then told that it fell and that is why the hardware not software is broken and would not be covered under warranty. We had to take videos photos in one of them required a screenshot of the back of the TV to see the numbers. We did that in our two hour marathon. That was the only time the TV was off the wall and never fell never ever ever. The warranty was not going to be honored and it was all our fault. If something happened to the TV after the lines and it may have, it was not our fault as it never fell or banged in anyway. So now we have a five month old useless television and this company only sends us the same email back over and over and over telling us no. After reviewing everything on trust pilot, I wonder how this company is allowed to operate in the United States. These TVs are inexpensive but still $300 for five months is ridiculous. Is there anywhere we can turn now? Do not buy this product under any circumstances.
55u75QG TV No Program Guide
I have a 55u75QG tv that does not populate the broadcast tv guide information. The guide shows the tv channels but just says no program for the channels. I have an outdoor antenna that works fine on all my other tv's so it's not an antenna issue. I've been in contact with Hisense for weeks now and they sent someone out to replace the main board but that didn't work and the technician thought it was a software issue but Hisense keeps saying it's not a tv issue. I've done factory resets and channel scans but nothing has worked. How can this not be a tv issue??
Worst company ever: lies, disregarded, do not buy!
We purchased a Hisense refrigerator in late March. We had the fridge for LESS than a month and the freezer fan went out. This resulted in us losing over 10 pounds of meat. We reached out to Hisense and were told that we would receive compensation for the lost food and they would repair the freezer fan under warranty. When the people came to fix the fridge originally, Hisense had sent them with the wrong part. So we then waited another week for the correct part to come in and be repaired. During this waiting period the fridge began to make a loud horrendous noise, that disrupted the entire household. We were told multiple times that a manager from Hisense would reach out to us to discuss the compensation. This never happened. So after multiple attempts we were able to reach someone. We were then told that they do not offer food spoilage compensation. The man then said that sometimes representatives will LIE in order to not have issues with customers. This has been a terrible experience. We had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of food. Hisense does not care about its customers in anyway. We were lied to and disregarded, I would NOT recommend this company or their products to my worst enemy.
Would give 0 stars
If I could rate zero stars, I would. I've never been treated so poorly by a customer service team in my life. We bough a fridge next year that had a faulty part that results in water shooting out of the fridge with no warning. Luckily we were home both times and were able to turn off the water in a few minutes, but now after the second repair we are terrified to turn the water back on. We've spent hours on the phone with "customer service" and have been criticized, ignored, lied to, interrupted and talked over more times than I can count at this point. They are refusing to give us a refund, despite the fact that we have asked many times to get one since this fridge is clearly broken and will cause our house to flood. We were on the phone with them again this morning and the man we spoke to refused to allow us to talk to a manager and interrupted us and was actually sexist to me (as a woman) and demanded to talk to my husband again, and still wasn't able to give us a solution other than to turn the water back on and wait for the issue to happen again and then schedule another repair. It's absolutely absurd. This company is a joke. Don't trust them at all.
HISENSE does not stand behind their product
the call centre for support is terrible. bought AC unit July 2 2025, three weeks later unit busted. took back to where i bought it got replacement. used 3 weeks put in storage. brought out 4 weeks ago unit busts, makes loud noises. want money back because the unit is obviously crap. they want me to take it to a different city from where i live have it assessed, wait for them to get the information then they will consider a replacement. said i did not want a replacement i want a refund. they simply do not care at all horrible experience with HISENSE do not recommend to anyone they do not stand behind their product which is useless
Hisense TV very disappointed
I've always liked Hisense tvs until I went into Walmart and bought one for $298 and it's a complete hunk of garbage. The packaging was so bad it was hard to get the TV out of the box but eventually I got it out. Put the lights on the TV and then I go to plug it in and I can't find on the TV where to hook the cord so I can plug it into the wall. I searched for an hour nothing I even ask google google don't know. So I had to take this piece of garbage bag to Walmart. Then after more asking Google if other customers are having the same problems in Google said yes because Hisense somewhere on this TV hid where you plug it in. So what a waste of a day I mean I got my money back or took it back to Walmart they took it back right away because obviously they knew they were having problems but they still sell these TVs. Even when I took the package it seems like it was opened a little bit I asked the guy has this package been opened and he said no that was a lie because obviously somebody else brought it back too but at least I got a receipt from Walmart so I have a credit coming but I wasted 3 hours because Hisense for some dumb reason hides where you plug this cord in. Absolutely a joke!
This company is awful
This company is awful. They sent repair men to my house that broke my YV so they wouldn’t have to cover the repair. I only had it for 1 year.
The deleted my account so I couldn’t submit any proof.
If any one else has experience this please let me know. I sure these 2 old guys have done this before.
My TV didn’t have any physical damage and they made a very small ding on it after they were here for about a half hour.
T
I didn’t see what te guy had in his hand but he kept rubbed the corner.
I bought it at Costco, they are trying to help but, I’m not sure what will happen.
I have a 65 “
There products suck and the company customers service people are shysters.
The repair men are frauds.
I purchased a new Hisense WM & Drier last year
I purchased last year, 2025 a new Hisense washing machine and matching drier, against my better judgement I should add but the salesman was very good at his job. BIG mistake, I am 73 years old and had many types and makes of washing machines over the years, this is by far the worst ever, and on so many levels. The cycles, of which I’ve tried many are mostly very long and don’t properly clean clothes, I’ve had to use hand washing to remove general stains and then rewash. It is not a quiet machine even with the sound minimiser purchased on top of the cost of the machine. The drier only spins in one direction causing the washing to roll into a ball so the inside is still damp even after the recommended 4.5 hour dry!!!!
I hate these appliances and strongly suggest if your thinking of buying one.. DON’T.
Hisense U7 55 inch
Hisense U7 55 inch. Extremely smart TV. The picture is so sharp it's seems impossible to see anything better. The color is magnificent. The remote is a work of art
Terrible products
Terrible products. TV display malfunctioned during warranty. Spent HOURS on Email, Phone with customer service. Resolved issue after more than a month by sending a replacement TV (when I had asked for a refund). Replacement TV arrived, goes straight from Box to TV room same day. Works for ONE DAY. Display again malfunctions. I called, emailed again. Spent HOURS again. Eventually they claimed they could not cover it now since it was out of warranty and without evaluating it blamed it on me. Dishonest people and terrible products. DO NOT PURCHASE.
I was interested in their new XR10…
I was interested in their new XR10 projector that is over $5000. I could not find any information on what the warranty was, so I tried to reach Hisense. That is impossible if you are a potential buyer. You reach AI and their AI does not understand much. So how well would the AI used in their projector be if their AI, the only way to communicate with Hisense doesn't understand basic communication? This projector is set to be shipped out in less than a week, but they are selling the projector now. An external AI said that Hisense has not decided on what the projectors warranty will be, if any. But Hisense wants you to pay them over $5000 without them telling you an important fact, what the warranty will be if any. How do these companies stay in business without a way to reach them for simple questions? How do they stay in business saying "buy our expensive product without telling you if it has a warranty, and not allowing you to speak to anyone"? With the economy the way it is, I would think they would open any way to communicate with consumers, but Hisense doesn't seem to think that is important in my opinion. If they have no customer service before purchase, what do you think it will be after you hand over thousands of dollars?
Bought a Hisense TV in December at…
Bought a Hisense TV in December at Walmart, 3 months later it stopped working, went to Walmart but they said we were 2 days over the 99 days so they would do nothing. I called Hisense several times also thru emails. They wanted all kinds of info, serial number date and place where we bought it also sent copy of receipt. After several attempts at fixing it ourselves per Hisense videos we got rid of it and bought a new tv. I believe 19-14 days had passed and Hisense called and wanted to send a technician out to look at it but as I said we had already gotten rid of it. So I would say terrible costumer assistants. S

I’m glad that there was a human available to talk to, but when it exists to help people and the reps shame you for calling, that’s a pretty bad feeling. What an A hole

Was gifted a tv by my brother who is in the military. He is deployed for the war right now. The TV, warranty and everything has only been registered to me. It’s 100 inch tv. There is a single pixel out in the middle of my tv and they had me send them all these things to verify it’s my tv except I don’t have the receipt as it’s not given to me and I cannot reach him because he is fighting the war and I am getting the run around. I will never get this brand again. Although it was not my choice to begin with.
