Utterly useless. £60 out of pocket for nothing
Utterly useless. I made an appointment for the technician (lovely bloke) to come see my damage. And then nothing! Further appointments to repair no show. Charged £60 for the technician to initially come out. Managers never got back to me.
Bunch of cowboys. Avoid

Apologies you’ve not had much luck getting in touch. After chatting to the team, it looks like we did in fact come out to you a handful of times (three) to complete the repair but unfortunately, there wasn’t enough space on location for us to do the repair. We did attempt to confirm this with you but sadly, we were never able to ensure sufficient space on site. With that in mind, we’re not in a position to complete the work. Hope you understand.

Dent repair and re-spray
I had a great experience with the Dropless team, with quick reply’s and helpful answers to the quality of workmanship on the repair, this is an absolute 5 star service from start to finish.
Big shout out to Ben and Chris top marks will definitely use this service again

Fantastic Service and Convenient
I have been using Dropless for a number of months now, and continue to be impressed with their service. While it isn't as cheap as driving to a car wash, the convenience and quality of the clean far outweighs the cost.
Today I have Muhammad who was outstanding, went far beyond what was required of him, he was friendly and prompt.
Highly recommended all around, will be using again soon!

These guys were very impressive
These guys were very impressive, I booked my car in for scratch repair. Very efficient, quick booking and a 10% discount offer for my area. Kai arrived on time, very polite, done an excellent job, repair work is 100%, looks like new, WOW! great job guys.

Brilliant service
I have used Dropless since it got going and highly recommend them. Sanil did an amazing job today, took a lot of time with great care and attention to detail. My car is gleaming again. I had a call from the office in the morning to update me on a slightly late arrival time, only due to the distance to travel from a previous job, which was appreciated. It was only a matter of minutes in the end anyway.

Constant cancellations and rescheduling every month

Ali not only did a fanstastic job restoring the car to nearly new condition - it was very grubby - but he also helped me take out some boxes from the boot . It could not have been a better service from a charming provider . Thank you
