Spotless and not a dog hair to be seen
My car is spotless inside and out and even smells lovely. Sanil did a great job and even managed to remove all the dog hair, not easy as the inside of the car is black and my dog is white

Will never use them again, complete loss of confidence in this business
Service has worsened significantly. I had to request my car re-cleaned from last week as it smelled dirty, rugs were not vacuumed, body, windows were smudged. They arranged re-visit for me, to which they failed to turn up with notice 30 min before, and rearranging revisit without my consent for the next morning when I am at work. I have asked for a refund but was offered a possible part refund. I am still waiting for their decision if I get anything back. I was their customers pretty much from the start. Never complained or reported recent bad washes as I was hopeful these were just an accidental circumstance. Albeit, being a loyal customer didn’t make any difference in disputing my latest awful experience. Will never use them again.

I’m sorry to hear the clean was not up to our Dropless standards. Especially for such a long standing customer like yourself. I see this was resolved by my team mate, Andrew, on the 8th of February where a full refund was to be issued. We hope that all has now been rectified.

Utterly useless. £60 out of pocket for nothing
Utterly useless. I made an appointment for the technician (lovely bloke) to come see my damage. And then nothing! Further appointments to repair no show. Charged £60 for the technician to initially come out. Managers never got back to me.

Apologies you’ve not had much luck getting in touch. After chatting to the team, it looks like we did in fact come out to you a handful of times (three) to complete the repair but unfortunately, there wasn’t enough space on location for us to do the repair. We did attempt to confirm this with you but sadly, we were never able to ensure sufficient space on site. With that in mind, we’re not in a position to complete the work. Hope you understand.
