Just had a major service done on the morning of 20/05/2026 on my Peugeot 107 Urban by Beqir from Dropless, and I couldn’t be happier! He came right to my home, which made the whole experience incredibly convenient—no waiting around at a shop or arranging rides.
Beqir was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He walked me through everything that needed to be done, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when he was finished. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, but Beqir is exactly that.
If you’re looking for quality service without the hassle, I highly recommend Beqir and the team at Dropless. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

As a customer I always expect to deliver a service that I book.
I am quite dissatisfied and disappointed, because it took 3 bookings, until the dispatcher team and mechanic worked out a date and time to see my vehicle. It's all because of disregarding booking details twice.
I, originally booked a Coolant System drain and change service, later on I've added a Diagnostic Service too.
The mechanic was a friendly person, although he has not drained the coolant system, only topped up the coolant fluid. He didn't have a diagnostic device, therefore, he has offered to come back with one and perform the diagnostic. The diagnostic has never happened, only some promises he couldn't keep himself to.
The coolant change service is about £90 to book. This service is designed to drain the system, remove all debris, fill it up with fresh and and vehicle compatible fluid. I find it disturbing that half of a 5L coolant top up cost me £90 on this occasion.
I was hoping that I will get quick, reliable and affordable services, just like the last time I used Dropless, which also resulted in becoming a shareholder in the company.
My experience and trust has fairly changed, and it has resulted in spending £300+ elsewhere, and considering selling my shares and terminate all future contacts with the company.
Called the day before asking for extra money

called them for a car repair, they said i will get a call back "shortly", instead i recived a message on whatsapp where they asked lots of details such as my full adress etc, even if i already give all my details previously on the phone, once again i was asked to repeat what the issue was, so i did...one week later absolutely no reply from them, so what should i think now - is a scam? very dissapointed, time wasters, called different company and my car issue was fixed next day - dropless never gain...

I ordered this mobile service for my work. The mechanic's arrival was chaotic, as he sent me a message with a photo that he was in front of a house that I did not recognize at all. When I called him, I found out that he had entered the wrong post code. When he finally arrived, I took him to the underground garage, where he was supposed to perform a full service with an oil change and all filters. After 40 minutes, he told me that it was ready. I was happy with how fast the service was. I also asked what oil he put in my car, he replied 5W 20. And he expected my payment of 191 pounds, which I paid, saying that I requested that a full service report be sent to me. He promised me that he would send it to my email the next day. Which has not happened yet. I contacted him again and heard back with the same message that he would send it to me the next day. And again, no response from the mechanic, even his mobile was switched off. I also wrote an email to this service, no one answered me. What I consider to be bad customer service, to be precise, once you pay, you are no longer interested. I couldn't and I watched the CCTV footage from the garage where the mechanic was supposed to do the work I paid for. First of all, the mechanic claimed that he changed my oil to 5W20, which is completely inaccurate, my car uses 5W30. The CCTV footage indicates that I paid for a car inspection and not a full service. That's probably why this company has not even been able to send me a service report yet. I will have to have my car checked by a brand service and in case of a complaint, to the police. If someone decides to use this company, I personally do not recommend it.
Had my Oil Changed Today
Had my Oil Changed Today, the service was great, I got a text before the engineer arrived with a estimated time, I did select a PM appointment but the engineer was here well before, this was no issue as I was happy to have it done sooner. Kevin was great, super friendly and let me know of an issue I had not noticed. All round a good price for a mobile service that was quick and easy.

They done my service when I went to my car I can smell a burning clutch smell . The guy my clutch was not that good. The guy drove my car to put in the right place. Because the car was the hill. I rang the manager he said he will chat to the guy. The guy rang me back said my clutch is not that good that how he burnt the clutch. But still made paided for the bill for the service which I wasn’t happy about
