Martyn was great - impeccable service

Mohammed arrived early. Got on with cleaning the outside of my car and was very considerate in not disturbing me. Cleaned perfectly and my car smells lovely.

Nice polite helpful and friendly operative who hopefully will be my regular one from.now on.

Today’s clean was exceptional as Mohammed ensured he showed me the extras he did.

Sanil was bang on time and did a great job.

I had booked an oil change for 22nd September as I had a warning come up on my dash to say it needed changing. They came out and did this but around 6 weeks later I got another warning telling me that my oil was really low and needed to be topped up. I contacted Dropless to tell them as this seemed really strange. I'd never had an oil low warning before and the mechanic that came out to do the change did not report any irregularities. They came out to inspect the car but told me that if it turned out that the problem was not caused by them, I'd have to pay £65. They came out and identified a problem with the oil tank seal and said that this can be caused by wear and tear or over-tightening by a previous mechanic. Not their mechanic, but by someone who may have worked on their car before. They tried to convince me that it was just coincidence that this problem happened after they did the oil change but it wasn't their fault and I had to pay the £65 diagnostic fee and that they would fix it for the reduced price of £59. I've lost complete trust in this company and will never be using them again. I feel like they've scammed me to get more money. A simple oil change has cost me over £200 with this company. It's also such a stupid business decision to treat customers in this way. They've could have just put their hands up and said it might have been our fault and we'll correct it. Instead, they've lost a potential repeat customer. Would urge everyone to avoid this company, their customer service is beyond poor

Had Ben come to repair a large key scratch across 2 of the cars doors and another key scratch on the boot lid. Through conversation I could tell he clearly knew his job very well and I was very happily surprised with just how well the repairs turned out! Absolutely no signs of there ever being the significant key marks that the car once had

Had Dropless come around to do body work on the car. Tricky colour Titanium blue so was a bit apprehensive.
The finished job was perfect blended in perfectly.
Top job.

Sanil just did a great job on my car. Such a nice chap and kindly did the job in the rain as well (not ideal I know!)

The first clean was ok but since i made it regular every 4 weeks the only thing regular is my card debit. Appointments cant be kept except on days which dont suit me and then i received a text that the clean has been done-duly charged!
I didnt see the cleaner,noone rang to show me their work i cant even tell on the car that its been cleaned!
I have now cancelled my account but I have no guarantee that my card wont continue to be debited.
Better to get a cleaner at the door who you can pay at the door when you see the work done.
