Love the RAC app and mechanics!
Booking was super easy through the app.
Ryan (8830) had come to our house to repair a car before, and we were super pleased to see him back! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, transparent with costs and procedures, and most importantly, very friendly!

He was punctual, friendly and polite and fitted the starter motor and let me check it was working before carrying out essential service. Excellent service from Kyle – honest, friendly and professional!
I booked RAC Mobile Mechanics to replace my front and rear brake pads and discs after my local Audi service centre recommended having them done at my last service. Unfortunately, Audi couldn't fit me in over the next week, and with my MOT coming up, I decided to give RAC a go instead. Really glad I did!
Kyle (5477) was brilliant from start to finish. Really friendly, easy to chat to and great at keeping me updated on what he was doing and how long everything would take.
What I appreciated most was his honesty about what actually needed replacing and what didn't. Audi had recommended quite a bit of work, but Kyle took the time to explain what was genuinely necessary rather than just going ahead with everything. It was really refreshing to get that kind of honest advice rather than feeling like someone was trying to upsell me.
I was actually so pleased with the experience that I asked Kyle to come back the very next day to do my service ahead of the MOT, which probably says it all!
Couldn't fault the experience and would definitely use RAC Mobile Mechanics again. Massive thanks to Kyle for being so helpful, honest and professional. Highly recommend!

First rate service
Engineer (8510) was professional, polite, punctual, personable and very efficient.
Provided advice on 'issue' and once he had checked everything out he even scaled down the scope of the work required (and the cost accordingly). So no pushing of extra work or surprise add-ons.
Worked dilligently and tidily. Really pleased with the service which I will be very happy to use again and to recommend to friends and family.
