The mechanics were professional in their work, quick and efficient.

I had a great experience with the RAC at home service. Shaun was brilliant! Shannon sent me a text in the morning to let me know when he would be arriving later on, so I could easily schedule my day working from home. He arrived at the time stated and introduced himself. Shawn was very professional and conducted a thorough service on my car. He explained a minor issue that needs addressing before the MOT really clearly, so I understood what it was and what to do to get it fixed. I was also pleased that he swapped the front wiper blades included with the service offer. I'd very happily get my car serviced at home with the RAC (and Shaun!) again.

easy fantastic service - Then - no receipt and called 3x to get a ‘report’ which turns out to be 13 pages long with 4 lines of info to each page. Printed this off to go with our ownership receipts… which is now becoming a bound book - The REAL Life documentation needs ‘re working’ otherwise - RIDICULOUS

Nathan was really thorough with his assessment of the car, explained everything clearly and was very polite and professional. Very clearly communicated with me before arriving and just generally brilliant experience - thank you!

The first mechanic diagnosed the fault really quickly and arranged to have the battery ordered and another mechanic came with it and fitted it the next day. Both mechanics were very pleasant and efficient.

Prior to the mechanic arriving at my address for servicing my car, the comunication with, and information given to me were excelent. the mechanic was a very nice and friendly gentleman, he did a thorough job and answered any questions I had about the car. great ecperience over all.
