This was the first time I used the mobile service for an basic service, and I was really impressed! I couldn’t get booked in to any other local garages for weeks and RAC had spaces available the next day! Extremely convenient, maybe a little more in cost but worth it for me as I live in a rural area and have to travel quite a bit to get anything done on my car… Alan (5284) was excellent! 10/10 service

He verified the fault quickly, it was not what was first thought. He suggested I booked the car to a garage to be treated. There was no charge, so I appreciate this thank you.

I had a flat battery and put in a call. Mitesh came very quickly. It was a school day as I learnt that the battery was under the packed boot. He showed me all the tests he did to confirm that I needed a new battery. He was very friendly and I was pleased with the service.

Although the booking process was very straight forward, the email confirmation of my booking did not detail the type of service or extras included.
The service from the mobile mechanic (Bradleigh 5281) and his assistant was excellent.
The cost was a little on the high side compared with my last service at a garage in October 2024, but the convenience is well worth a premium.

Left me with fault codes on my car and failed too reconnect wires after replacing the Alternator. Called on two occasions, promised to reopen the file but never heard anything back from them, just left me hanging. Had to buy a £20 fault code reader and cancel the faults myself. Never again with them.

Nathan Bond came out to change my battery on my fiat 500 and he was so quick and efficient and friendly. He was fantastic and so patient even when I had some technical difficulties sorting payment! Great service and got me back driving. Thank you!

Broke down in Wednesbury didn't have any idea what had happened or where I was Dave arrived in no time. Got me.safe booked my.repair sorted recovered me.safely to a carpark. Fantastic communication from.RAC..sorted me.a hire car.out
.then Neil patrol 8664. Messaged 24 hrs before the repair was due turned up.in the stated time and repaired my.car which was a major job in.super fast time. And such the most amazing lovely RAC smr man ever. Hes a credit to the company everyone needs a Dave and a.Neil.in their lives..and of.course the RAC were just superb AGAIN thank you

Mechanic arrived on time .Told us of the possible problems and what he needed to do . Identified as master cylinder.Replaced successfully in a clean and tidy fashion. Test drove and finished.
