I didn't listen to my friends that RAC…
I didn't listen to my friends that RAC is one of the worst breakdown cover. After 8 months with them I had my first breakdown. Mobile mechanic literally tricked me into unnecessary repair. Never ever going back to RAC

Fast & convenient
When they arrived they worked fast & job completed in an hour or less. Friendly, helpful. Would prefer a better way of tracking when they were due to arrive. I know I took the free booking option but was only text/phoned 10 minutes before arrival. An online option to view how far or how many other jobs they have in queue would be more helpful like amazon or other delivery companies do. Just a suggestion.

The mechanic was so friendly and polite and did work quickly and tested everything after and gave me some extra advice with my car. Great service first time I’ve had mobile mechanic work done and I am very pleased. The mechanic I had is a credit to your company

Got charged twice
My husband’s card got debited twice for the same service. It was a big inconvenience, as that was money meant for bills. That they said can only be refunded in 5-8 days. Also it begs a question about the security of their site with people’s bank details.
