Great to have service at home - my KIA
dealer often does not have access to
a sub car and I am 15 miles from dealership- will use again

I booked the major service with ad-on of air con cleaning. Service carried out very professionally. Jeremy answered all the questions in detail. He was asked to investigate some issues during diagnostic check. He was able to identify them quite professionally. About timeliness, he stayed in touch from the start of the day and he was friendly in his interaction with me. Despite hot weather, he was comfortable carrying out the entire work. I salute his dedication and professionalism.

Mechanic Daniel (8833) kept me informed of his arrival and turned up in very good time

Great friendly service, with the convenience of not having to get a broken down vehicle to the garage. Did everything that was promised when the booking was made, and kept in contact throughout the 'journey'. Would recommend and use it again.

It was my first time having an RAC home service, no booking a day off work, no sorting a courtesy car, no waiting all day for a phone call from the garage and it was cheaper than my local garage and loads cheaper than a main dealer! (I had a £50 off promo voucher through the app) Mechanic was professional and only took an hour!

It is the first time that I've take to RAC mobile Mechanics. I thought that I'd give them a try as I've been a member of the breakdown with RAC for a number of years now. It is easy to go on the app and book. They email and message right to the day which I thought was great. The Mechanic I had was Josh. He went about his job in a professional manner. Really good customer service. I would use RAC Mobile Mechanic again for pure easiness and convenience.

RAC came to repair my car but had the wrong part. Credit to the mechanic, it wasn't his fault but this left me without a car even longer than I had already waited. The next day they booked without calling me an appointment 3 days later. I called to complain and was told I had to follow the complaints process which is 8 weeks. They also wouldn't give me a courtesy car. The call took almost an hour and I spoke with 5 different people as nobody cared about the impact of their incompetence.

In the end I found someone local to do it instead. The roadside assistance was so good and I don't doubt the mechanic would have done a decent job. The team behind the scenes though is a complete joke. Don't use them, call someone local.

The fact that it could be serviced at my home address was a big plus for me.
Brendan, the service engineer was punctual, knowledgeable and very friendly.
I would certainly recommend this service to family and friends.

All round 5 star ⭐, mechanic was great, friendly, on time, communication was excellent, on-time repaired , will definitely recommend to friends and family, will definitely be using RAC again in the future
