Simple to use and more customer friendly than another scheme was proven to be in the past. This was so easy to use and clear, no hidden traps or penalties for using a different retailer to the one running the scheme.

Really great company

Not great if you need one quickly
I personally wouldn't bother ordering direct from their shop if you are in a hurry. Despite stock showing as in stock, it can take some time for delivery.
I was ordering through their work scheme and have sadly had to cancel my order due to delivery times.

I'm very sorry to read that your item took longer than expected to be despatched. We try to be as transparent as possible with our lead times and run a website with stock blended from our local stock and some direct from the manufacturer. On these occasions we always show a lead time with that additional time built in. I can see on this order that it was an accessory that we were waiting for from our supplier that caused the issue and I am sorry that we weren't able to get this item delivered sooner.

Every single one of them are professional, friendly & very helpful. They processed our orders very quickly. Deliveries were arranged to our availabilities too.
