Great Service, Poor Delivery Communication
Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Cycle Solutions. The service was smooth and everything arrived as expected.
The only issue was the delivery. My parcel was left outside my garage without any contact or notification. Fortunately, nothing was damaged or taken but it could have easily been missed.
Apart from that, I’m happy with the service and would definitely use them again. I just hope for better communication regarding deliveries in the future.

Super easy start to end
Super easy start to end - from advising how the scheme worked, checking bike sizing, choice of accessories. Being able to get on the bike pretty much straight away with no complicated bike building was great. They also were really good at customer service, answering questions before and after I bought the bike.

Absolutely great service from Cycle Solutions. Ordered my bike and received it within days. The customer service was outstanding checking that I had ordered the correct frame for my height and giving me delivery options to suit. Delivery went smoothly with the bike being delivered first thing in the morning. 100% recommend.
