From initial enquiry through to post delivery questions, every step was handled swiftly, efficiently, and for a non-bike techy, it was all a doddle to understand. The video on what to do on receipt of your bike is great. The bike, a Bosch powered Ghost E-teru is fab! I know the square root of zero about this kind of thing apart from renting a couple of E-bikes on holiday, but from the first couple of rides, it is a great experience and the mileage you can cover / enjoy, whilst still having your lungs intact and still getting a bit of a work out is tremendous. Some may say E-biking is cheating, but as a 61 year old with knackered knees and other age related damage, it gets you out there and having fun. Great company, great service - thanks!

Placed an order on Friday, bike delivered on Saturday. Ready to ride straight out of box. Just rear brake cable routing, why is no one bothered to route the wire as it should? Have you noticed how weird it looks when you route the wire to the same side on the frame? Thanks anyway
