It was a very easy process, filled in the form, a couple of calls to confirm it was all correct and the bike was delivered on the day I was told. It was super quick less than 2 weeks from the filling in of the form to my bike being delivered and the bike is fab!

The communication with the team was great, they checked everything thoroughly and arranged a suitable delivery time to fit my schedule.

Had my electra loft bike through them for the cycle to work scheme last year.
Bike was 7 months old when the problem started.It just wouldn't turn on been back for repair 4 times they had it on and off for 3 months,in the end I had to buy another one just so I could do overtime.I am now £1.365 out of pocket as I don't want a bike that always break but there refusing an exchange or refund.
I would not recommend this company.

I used Cycle Solutions to get my bike through the Cycle to Work scheme, and overall I had a really positive experience. As this was my first time using the scheme and I’m quite new to cycling, I found the website very easy to understand and navigate, even though there are lots of options to choose from. The prices were clearly explained, which made everything straightforward.
There was only one issue with an item I ordered. I bought a raincoat in XL, but it came up much smaller than expected. I assume that cycling sizes run smaller than standard sizes. It would be helpful if clothing items were marked as a “small fit” to avoid confusion.
Apart from that, everything else was excellent. The team contacted me to make sure I had chosen the correct bike size, which was really reassuring. They also kept me updated on my order, and delivery arrived exactly on the day I was told.
I would highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again in the future. Having a bike has really improved my mental health, and I’m very grateful for the support.

Communication was excellent service very efficient

Still not received my order 12 days after confirmation from the store of receipt of my voucher. I checked online and found out average waiting time is 5-10 days, plus a colleague of mine who took part in the scheme said he received his order a couple of days after receipt of the voucher.

The whole experience was professional, quick and when I needed to speak to someone this was possible with the aid of a chat bot who was able to deal with the issue fist time.
