Great friendly staff good knowledge of product talked me through all aspects of my new bike as I've not owned an ebike previously I had a lot of questions. He also set me up with the app for the bike and talked me through how to use it . Very good service all in all.

Quick purchase through a cycle to work scheme
Ordered through a cycle to work scheme. This was actioned really quickly; the team phoned to check on sizing, and the bike was delivered safely on the agreed date and time. It's a great bike, the price was competitive, and I'm a very satisfied customer.

Smooth process, friendly staff
A very smooth process and lots of choice. When I realised I had ordered an incorrect item, it was very quick and easy to call and staff were friendly and helpful. They keep me updated when they received the returned item.

Impressed with first class delivery
Impressed with first class delivery. Cycle solutions packaged my bike in a strong cardboard box with no damage.
The bike was immaculate, and worked straight out of the box after obviously turning the handle bars and putting on the pedals.
I would recommend and definitely buy another bike from them in the future.
