Bike broke on the first use, bolt sheered off clean, started the cancellation and returns process

Ordered through cycle2work scheme just got my new pony & it’s brilliant I’m so pleased what a difference it makes riding a bike designed for someone my size. Gone from grinding to almost effortless for my regular commute technology has moved on a bit since I purchased my last bike. All done online via work website approved same day just over a two week wait as my chosen steed was not in stock, Communication was good and they kept me informed of progress finally receiving a call to confirm delivery. Minimal setup required put the pedals on and spin the handlebars a nice touch was providing the tools needed to complete the operation. If I ever want another set of wheels this outfit will be top of my list 😊

Went through Cycle Solutions as the chosen provider for Cycle2Work scheme.

I had viewed bikes in shop and discussed needs and pros/cons of various models so felt it only fair they get the trade.

Meaning I had to sort a voucher for use in a store other than Cycle Solutions but had to organise it through their website.

It was all sorted smoothly in the end, but I've marked the score down because I found site a little confusing in process at times and ended up hitting submit feeling "I hope this works to generate voucher and I'm not ordering my bike directly now".

Website needs to be clearer throughout process in showing that user is buying voucher for spending elsewhere for that little bit of reassurance.

Instructions provided detail setting up handle bars with the allen key provided, yet the screws on the handlebars were not those which an allan key could be used which resulted in new screws needing to be purchased. Raised this and no follow up provided.

The process was seamless and i was kept appraised all each step of the progress right up to delivery

From order to delivery it was a quick easy process, the people that called to check my order with me in the phone were knowledgeable, and attentive, will definitely use again

The process was simple even if the premise behind the scheme is a little complicated. There was someone online who was incredibly helpful and chatted through all the steps which made it a pretty seemless process. I would have ordered via their site but unfortunately they did not have the size I required. All in all it took about 2 weeks from finding out about the scheme, seeing the bike, applying, then collecting the bike. The admin itself was pretty quick.

Made everything simple and easy from the start. Staff very helpful with updates and delivery was great!

Great friendly staff good knowledge of product talked me through all aspects of my new bike as I've not owned an ebike previously I had a lot of questions. He also set me up with the app for the bike and talked me through how to use it . Very good service all in all.
