Never again! Delivery never happened. Rescheduled twice yet no appliance!
Purchase was a breeze. Delivery rescheduled twice. No explanation. Many calls. Still without the appliances I purchased. Took two days off work for the deliveries that never happened. Also had to reschedule plumber twice with cost. Never will I recommend!

Not a good experience
Not a good experience. I was not conveyed the information correctly. No call back or not even anyone helped with the order. Disappointed at together.
Liars I called them again today and they are claiming that it won’t be available for pickup until next week Tuesday. Tristan the sales agent has not contacted me after multiple messages left. Customer service is the worst. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

We sincerely apologize for the oversight.
Our records showed that the pick up was booked for August 1st but, upon further investigation, we have been informed that the unit missed the transfer truck to our Winnipeg location.
As such, this has been addressed with the concerned department and we can confirm that the appliance will be sent to Winnipeg for August 8th.
Please allow us to apologize again for the inconvenience caused.

The installation company which I am told is a sister company, takes a lot of private credit card information on phone violating PCI regulations. This payment method makes customer verify uncomfortable.

the vendor lie to us
"without prejudices"
The vendor lie to us, we ask the vendor that the door of the refrigerator to open on the wright side (you called it door swing reversal) and the vendor SWEAR that it will be done BEFORE deliver which was ABSOLUTELY FALSE. We got the refrigerator with the door opening on the WRONG side. Service wanted to charge us when it was already included in the invoice, they corrected after. CAS send people to reverse the door and did not have the write tools (I had to lend tools crazy enough) it took almost 2 hours when it should had take half an hour ( worst service ever) gang of incompetent. In two words all the problems because of the vendor was incompetent and lie to us. Notwithstanding any terms and conditions and privacy policy of the Trustpilot's.
