Exactly what they are getting
Bryan was just leaving when I got to TAA, but he stayed and gave me a thorough description of the LG dishwasher in which I was interested, making quite sure to let me know the difference between it and the floor model on display. The Intel delivery service was also A1, carefully checking wires and making safety adjustments before connecting the dishwasher

I knew exactly what I was after when I went in, They ordered it and in less time than expect it was in. No sales pressure for warranties or add on's was a big bonus. Service was quick and everyone very polite. Good Job TA

Appliances
We were told about a “Buy 5 or more appliances and get 25% off” promotion and it was presented as if the discount was coming from TA Appliance. Based on this we placed a $2000 deposit.
Later we discovered the promotion was actually from LG and the same pricing was available at other retailers. TA Appliance had not added any additional discount.
When we asked for a refund, we were suddenly offered $500 off, which could have been provided earlier. The refund process also took over 10 days and required multiple follow-ups with our sales agent (Bojana)
We eventually purchased from Costco and saved more than $2000 with a better deal. I would advise customers to compare prices carefully before committing.

Many appliance promotions, including “buy more, save more” offers, are manufacturer‑based programs that are available across multiple retailers, not exclusive to TA Appliance. We strive to be transparent about this, and we regret if this was not communicated clearly at the time of purchase.
Regarding the pricing adjustment, we understand how disappointing it can feel to learn about additional discounts later in the process. Any further concessions are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis, which is why they may not always be presented upfront.
We also apologize for the delay you experienced with the refund and the need for follow‑ups — this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared internally to help improve our processes.

No response from sales after I had to…
No response from sales after I had to cancel the order due unforseen circumstances. Sales should not only be accomdating when making a sale, then totally ignore customer after two calls and emails. Will definitely not use nor recommend using TA Appliance.

I dislike that you don't have free delivery and take away. We usually buy our appliances at Rona, free delivery and take away no extra charge. The day we went to Rona they had no knowledgeable salespeople so TA was lucky to get our business.

I have never had a bad experience at TA appliances in Kitchener I have worked with a lot of the salespeople in the past and I had the pleasure of working with Spencer this time very knowledgeable and helping answer all the questions to the best of his ability keep up the great work guys.

The delivery guys were great in…
The delivery guys were great in bringing in stove, left it in the hall, took out old stove when I showed I had that written on invoice. Apparently, they are not authorized to remove screws from a simple door so new stove can be brought into my kitchen and put in place. Good thing I was able to do it myself. After I removed door I placed stove in place. We do love the stove. Advice: measure widths before purchase. It all worked out. Thanks TA and drivers
