Why autonet insurance doesn't check before we signed contracts, when I applied they should have declined my insurance then and then, it's not until I pay deposit then they find out, i lost my deposit for what?

Happy with telephone process to set up new car insurance policy. It is a long process with lots of questions and listening to the legal details. The operators I spoke to were thorough, helpful and polite. No issues encountered.

My renewal was due and had gone up by nearly 200 pound i was with yourselves autonet... so I done a compare site search again and got a really good price with yourselves autonet for less than I was paying last year which seemed very strange as was told that the 200 pound dearer one was the best yourselves said you could do. But happy that I was able to stay with autonet even though I think the price I paid this year should of automatically been offered as a renewal
