Very aggressive this company who come over me with renew car insurance at disgusting price.
Don't have option to cancel online this abusive renew and have to call them.
After waste of time with a stupid robot, person who answer start to put same security questions.
Finally after finish, I told simply and clear I DON'T WANT TO RENEW !!! and I request NCD PROOF on my email. She continue to try to explain as she could offer better option.
Despite I told her I have already make new insurance.
Absolute incompetent and unprofessional attitude, No respect in front of customer, disrespect for my time, don't focused for my request !!!
Absolute a rubbish company who don't respect her customers.
AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!

Will not let me change my policy start…
Will not let me change my policy start date to an earlier date even though I paid the policy outright they want to charge me to cancel my policy it’s been less than 24 hour

Thank you for reaching out to us. I understand your concern regarding the inability to change your policy start date to an earlier date despite having paid for the policy in full. I also appreciate how frustrating it must be to be faced with a cancellation charge, especially within 24 hours of purchase.
Unfortunately the changing of a start date is not a change we are able to make as pricing can change on a daily basis. However you are able to start a new policy from the correct date with us and we would not retain the administration fee for the cancelled policy. I understand this does not make the situation any less frustrating for you.
