Hard to cancel at end of the policy year…
I was with Autonet for 12-months - at renewal they wanted 20% more for the policy in spite of there being a further year of no claims. I tried to cancel online but there is no way to take that action - the website says to use the chat bot - this gathers all of your information and then works out you need to speak to a human. Then the chat just stopped… There is no email address on the site to cancel. In the end, I had to email their complaints team to get a resolution. Why not just make it easy to cancel…. Moves to Admiral for a much better price, but thoroughly wound up by the exit process.

It was good to be able to talk to a human being on
the 'phone.
They were very thorough in taking me through my application.
But a second named driver (for emergencies etc.) should not send up the cost because their voluntary activity might involve them driving there - especially when their driving my car is largely for emergency purposes and not connected with their own voluntary activities.

Very anxious, due to 2023 vandalism on my car. Seem to be paying higher premiums all the time, very unfair. However, Lulu dealt with my anxiety in such a professional manner, hopefully Churchill insurance will send over notice of vandalism, which I will receive a discount, so hopefully that will be the case.
